I feel that I am at my best spiritually, emotionally, intellectually and physically when I am in a committed relationship. I don't feel that we were put on earth to go through life's many journeys alone. I decided to move here in 87 to give my daughter more opportunities in life. I am not really fond of the weather in the summer months. The humidity can be a bit much. I like baseball, football, walking, bowling, boating, hiking, biking, museums, plays, art shows, local events, wine tastings and many things that can be discussed. I like most foods. I enjoy most music but am not fond of country or Rap. Sorry guys but I am a women that is not really fond of your motorcycle. A man can have his toys, but I really don't enjoy riding them in Pinellas County.. I am looking for a man that is not afraid to exercise. (You don't have to be muscle bound) I feel that it is important to stay fit and eat healthy, although I am not opposed to falling off the wagon occasionally. I'm looking for someone that can communicate freely. When we do come to an impasse I feel that it is OK to agree to disagree. I feel that mutual respect is of the up most importance. It can be what makes or brakes a relationship. I like occasional banter. I like to go out but feel just as comfortable staying in and enjoying one anther's company. I enjoy cooking together over a bottle of wine and also cuddling on the couch watching some TV. I also enjoy playing a game of cards, cribbage or a board game occasionally.I have a problem with men (as well as women) that lie about their age. I don't feel that any friendship/relationship can be built on lies. It is not a good way to start any friendship. I also feel there has to be some type of physical chemistry in the beginning . If I had gotten to know you through mutual friends or working together then the physical chemistry would not be as important. Unfortunately on this site we didn't have that opportunity, therefore its based more so on physical attraction first. (just being honest) I can not tell what you look like with one head shot wearing sunglasses. I also appreciate current photos, for when we hit fifty, "sadly enough" we do change rapidly..(All though I do try my best to fight it). Besides what have we got to hide? I would be seeing it when I meet you so why not now. Lets not waste time. **I am learning that on this site men, (as well as women) feel secure in pen pal situations.. I don't... I would like to meet as soon as possible, not to waste anyone's time.     I'm a homebody. If not at work I stay home with family. I enjoy being a grandma, I have 3 wonderful grandsons. My family has been my world.     Have 1 daughter still at home but she is 20, so I am pre-empty nest... Just realizing that I would like to have a partner to take my hand and lead me into the rest of my life. I am not into game playing, smokers or anyone following the 12 steps (I commend you, but I need a drama free life). Are you him? While I am looking for the right guy, I am not in any hurry.... taking it slow may be the better way to go... What ever the mood strikes for us...where we can get to know each other, maybe a drink, or a picnic, walk in the park, etc... Depends on the person the day and whatever we decide!...
