I am open to adventure and work to stay fit. I aim to enjoy the moments getting there, in life's journey. I have no debt, reasonably good health, and some mechanical aptitude. As part of an expression of my philosophy I am passive by nature, however this does not mean that I am not passionate. I wish good for all and believe it will be so, at some point. I grew up with my mother owning a blues bar and my father living on a farm. From this contrast, I have friends in many places ie. hippies, bikers, atheists, other Christians, liberals, conservatives, the educated, the poor, the wealthy, the old and the young. I don't get along much with arrogant folks. I am usually looking for a laugh. My taste in music- I play and sing Irish music music in a band.;B,techno,and ancient music. I like and listen to most anything that has creative invention. I tend to stay clear of music with a bellicose nature. Given a binary choice I find myself more into "healing hippy music" and less interested in filling up on the songs of bitterness that strive for attention and meaningless confrontation. I play harp and cittern for weddings, pubs, and wineries. My day job has me walking and lifting. I also work at maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I cook healthy food and rarely eat out. Growing up in the restaurant industry opens one up to many culinary experiences. My favorites are Indian, Greek, as well as macrobiotic, and vegetarian/vegan. I choose to eat Kosher and Organic when possible. Many of you on here are travelling ,a lot. I have no debt and will continue to maintain this status as long as I can. I have traveled only a small amount, but I have been away from the North American continent. It was a long flight in coach but thankfully uneventful. I am looking for someone that likes the outdoors as well as social events. Coffee/tea, food, a walk, and talk.
