I was in the navy and also served in Afghanland. No, I was not on a ship, it is landlocked. I get that question a lot. I also sigh inside when someone asks me if my twin sister and I are identical. However, I despise reality tv (competitions are fine) for being scripted (poorly), unrealistic, and a waste of programming and jobs.
