I just try to enjoy every day as much as I can. Having fun with friends and family with as much laughter as possible is very important to me. Nothing can uplift someones day like a solid belly laugh that ends up working out your abs by pure luck. I love travelling the world, and will continue to do more once I have finished my program at Nipissing. I caught the travelling bug while teaching in Korea. In my spare time I am very active, and usually blend music into all of the activities I do. I listen to all kinds except hardcore rap. I practice and *** a few martial arts (Hapkido, Karate, Tai Chi & Kali). I also like to do almost every winter sport, hiking, canoeing and camping, and play a variety of sports. There is something to be said about relaxing at home or outside, and just taking everything in.
