Hi girls, I'm a geek and proud of it. Cuter than Justin Beiber, more loyal than Lassie, more sex appeal than all of 1D and more macho than Loius Spence is what you're gazing at here. Yes I blow my own trumpet but if you want a job doing properly...Ok the boring background bit - I love reading, anything from Horror, Biog.s, Fantasy or Sci-Fi. I'm always keen to find new authors so tell me about yours. I enjoy films similar to my book choice and I love going to the Theatre. As for my music style, anything from REM and Eminem to show tunes and classic rock. My favorite animals are cats of all types, I've got a ginger family of my own.I love trying new things and I'm always looking for the next adventure. In love though I am commited and honest. I never tell lies or break a trust. I want to find a soulmate who enjoys cuddles on the sofa with a dvd. Lets share each other's favourite movies and tv shows.I'm rubbish at selling myself, ask me a question and I'll tell you the truth. All I need from you is honesty and truth in return. If you're looking for a babysitter or a quick fix in the bedroom then you're wasting my time and yours. I don't offer either of those services. I go out with people not bodies so honesty counts more than trying to impress me. Boundaries are ok but they must be mutual between us, if you have a problem then talk to me about it. If you don't know what you want don't expect me to find it for you.I'm open minded and willing to try most things so don't be shy, I am more than just a picture. The picture isn't my best but give me a chance and you might be surprised. First date? No agenda, take it as it happens and see where it goes. Lets make friends, theres no rush.

If you judge a book by it's cover, you might miss out on an amazing story.I love banter. Makes me smile and the day go faster, well at work anyway. I know it's an old saying but life really is for living. Come say hi. Let's chat and take it from there. If I make a new friend then it's been worth while :-) x A drink, a chat, a coffee or something wild and diffrent

I'm a single full time dad with a daughter of 11 years whom I've raised alone since the age of 3 months. I've been on here before with mixed results but being the eternal optimist here I am again!I'm not interested in dating anyone under 37, sadly too many game players.Like most of us, when I was 'younger', I was a bit wild. Then I became a single (working) dad, suddenly being propelled into that life, made me mature very quickly! I've mellowed, although being a Scorpio I've still got a sting in my tail and I'm certainly not a push over unless you've a knockout smile and do that thing with your eyes. ;-)Today I admit to being something of a closet geek, I've come full circle. I'm a life long 'proud' Trekky and once had a long haired cat called Dax (she loved Klingons too). You'll have to be into Startrek to get that one. I don't go to conventions, wear silly pajamas or speak Kilngon...so I'm still relative normal. In my spare time I'm currently exploring the 'benefits' of High Definition music and as such getting into a lot of the older remastered classics. Sadly I can't afford the seriously good equipment to benefit fully but I make do. I love, in fact I live for the sea, the wind, the salted air on my lips, the smell of the seaweed, even the scream of the seagulls above. It's life pure and simple to me. The vast expanse of the sea and sky above help me put things into perspective sometimes. My ideal life would be to disappear into the wild, leaving all this nonsense behind. If that's not a possible, a place in the sticks, a canal boat, a basic but ultimately satisfying life appeals greatly. And I'm beyond mad about all forms of motorcycle racing. That's me I suppose.Current Music I like = Moby; The Perfect Life... the perfect tune, perfect timing, perfect Moby!Mark LaneganGodspeed you Black Emperor!Faith No MoreA Silver Mount ZionDevin TownsendAnneke van GiersbergenB.P.; GarfunkelMobyThin Lizzie (Can't believe I really like them)Girls Against BoysDead can DanceJesus LizardSlipknot It's this or dinner date and I hate washing up.I don't do coffee. And an observation. I'd love to help out but sadly distance is a factor...And please if you're on here simply to make yourself feel superior to others, give me a miss.
