Hi , not one for bigging myself up but am pretty confident and get along with most people. Hello I'm Sam, I was on here a while ago and had a couple of dates through the site but didn't reallygive it a proper go.I have to stay pretty fit for work and train five days a week for 2 or 3 hours, swimming, spinning, running, weights, cyclingall the usual stuff I guess. But I wouldn't describe myself as a fitness freak! In fact I treat as part of the job.I like to ski and love the beach like to get away as often as I can.
