I'm a happy, healthy woman who trys to live by the book The Four Agreements... one's you make with yourself to maintain integrity, clear communication and honesty. I recently got retired from my decades long modeling career by covid, though I was getting aged out anyway and had segued a bit into marketing. That came to an abrupt end due to covid as did my volunteering with kids. I found the key to maintaining my emotional and mental sanity during the pandemic has been physical activity...love to swim, hike, walk my pooch, play badminton and love interacting with others.
