I've met some nice people but just not the right one for me. A relationship doesn't have to mean a marriage proposal. But to me it does mean taking the time for one person and see if the relationship grows or you're just friends. I'm not looking for marriage...at least not for a good while if at all. Ok, here's the basics...I'm a pretty laid back, go with the flow, kind of girl. I have a wide variety of interests and can make friends and fit in just about anywhere. I'm strong and independent, responsible, goofy, enthusiastic, out-going and a little sarcastic. I don't take myself too seriously. But I'm a little reserved and shy at times, especially when I'm around people I don't know. I open up pretty quick once I'm comfortable though. I have naturally curly hair, sometimes I wear glasses, and I have two small tattoos. Never been married, no kids, I have a job, my own house and car. I love the Red Wings and Tigers, hockey and baseball are my favorite sports to watch. I work for UofM Hospital, so Go Blue! I love reading, mostly historical fiction, sci-fi/fantasy and classics. I bake a mean apple pie from scratch. I like art and museums and I enjoy painting, sculpture, sewing, and anything else that allows me to be creative. I'm getting back into shape and I go to the gym 3 or 4 days a week. I'd love to run a 5k next year. I even mow my own lawn. I'm looking for a positive, out-going man to have fun with and who will ultimately become my best friend and love of my life. Honesty, trust, mutual respect and open communication are important to me. A sense of humor is a plus. A walk in the park or drinks somewhere so we can talk and get to know each other.
