I am 26 years old. I like to get out of the house and have fun. I love to watch netflix, go out to the movies. Comedies are my favorite genre because i love to laugh and think i have a good sense of humor. I love the beach and want to spend the rest of my life living near one. The sound if the the waves are so peaceful and my life feels complete when I'm at the beach. I recently (in May) have started putting serious effort in the fitness and health aspect of my life. I have lost 40 pounds and have some great goals in mind. I love to work out and am motivated to hit the gym about 6 days a week. The gym is a big stress reliever to me and getting back into shape is a big part of my life right now. I enjoy all types of music, and my choices will really depend on my mood. I work out to dance/club hits to keep me pumped. I love country music too. My favorite rapper is Eminem! My goals in life are to be successful. Right now, I do put a lot of towards work. I work Monday through Friday. I love my job and the best part is meeting people every day. I am a people person and love talking! I plan on pursueing a Master's degree, as I already have my Bachelors in Political Studies. :-)No mas! You already know too much! I'm partial on a dinner and a movie because its hard to talk during the movie. But at the same time, chances are if we laugh at the same spots, it's a good indicator that we have some things in common. :-) good sense of humor is a must!

lol But really? I don't want to meet you if you look like you can't lighten up a bit for a photo. I had to get that off my chest. hahaFirst, I live in the cities and work at a daycare with infants. I consider myself geek-light. lol I know little bits of random things, but I'm really not a hardcore geek about too many things. haha. I'm a little bit of a homebody, but I do like to get out every now and then. I am in belly dance classes and have been for a couple years now. It doesn't mean I'm amazing at it, but I think I might be able to carry a little bit of a rhythm. A little. I have a background in massage therapy, though I don't practice right now. I also have training in energy work and aromatherapy and such. In the fall I'll be training to be a doula. I'm excited about that and ready for something new.I like a wide range of movies, music, etc. One minute I'm watching a rom-com, the next is a bollywood movie or some random other foreign movie. haha I admit not liking "scary" movies for 2 reasons. 1)most of them are actually horrible. 2)I'm a big wuss. lol I don't watch much for tv just because I don't have cable. Just the internet and local stations. I'm currently just waiting for (BBC) Sherlock to release it's new season. That's a little bit of my "geek" side. Music, I have few guilty pleasures that I don't really feel guilty about. I listen to rock, pop, some of whatever is on pop radio, not country though. I just can't get into it. Again, it's really just what my mood is calling for. I grew up listening to Weird Al, and I will reach for my Disturbed albums, or Backstreet Boys. Tease me all you like. I love cheesy stuff sometimes (movies, too).I am quite a bit shy from time to time, and other times I'll talk your ear off. I have to be comfortable first. So, I really need someone that isn't afraid to talk, even if it's most of the night. lol I TRY to have a good sense of humor about myself. I'm pretty mellow and take maybe 15 minutes to get ready in the morning. (Probably because those babies really don't care if I'm wearing any makeup). I dress up from time to time to go out, but I'm most comfortable in jeans and a shirt just relaxing at home.
