Hi, this is all very new to me as I am just getting out of a 20 year marriage. I am a very active mother of 2 teenagers. I love to work out, roller skate and almost anything outdoors. I can pretty much have a good time just about anywhere I can go; from hanging out, to watching a sporting event, or at an elegant dinner. I have a pretty easy going personality, enjoy great conversation, and love to laugh. I'm the type of person who prefers to keep busy, but I also enjoy a relaxing night at home cooking dinner and watching TV or a movie together. At work I tend to deal with some form of drama on a daily basis, so I try to keep the rest of my life as drama free as possible. I would much rather spend my time laughing and appreciating things than arguing or nagging.I’d really like to find someone who wants to get out and explore what the area has to offer and see what happens from there. Someone who shares some similar interests, but also someone I can learn new things from as well. I think you know pretty quickly if you’re attracted to someone and if the chemistry is there; I'm a huge believer in having it. While I think that initial physical attraction is very important; it’s really the mental attraction that keeps things moving forward. I am most attracted to those with a young outlook in both mind and body, that doesn't mean immature by any means. Please be in decent physical shape as I do go to the gym, I find physical fitness and keep in shape the key to helping stay young. Please Note: I guess I now need to put this on here... my personal choice is not to date black men. I would feel it is unfair not to put this on here as I don't want to waste either of our time I actually prefer dates where we can walk and talk *** sitting at a table bouncing questions off of each other.

The fun part... where you try and describe who you are in a nutshell. So here goes: I'm a caring, compassionate person who always looks at the positives in any situation. I have had many tough experiences in life that have made me into the person I am today. I could be bitter and resentful, yet I am grateful. I wouldn't be who I am without going through struggle. I am a mom to three amazing boys, who I know will be great fathers one day. I recently moved to Cranbrook and know less than a handful of people here. I am a fish outta water here but I do love change. I have created a workshop series on change and hope to make it a success here in my new community. I love animals and would take in every last stray if I could! (Don't worry, I'm not a crazy cat lady). No cats actually, but one day I shall have a sphynx, aka: hairless alien wrinkle cat.(If I don't have too many other rescue animals by then). I love anything different or funky. That goes for animals as well as decorating style. LOVE thrift stores and garage sales!
