I'm a pretty laid back, easy going, free spirit, type person. Prefer quiet settings with just a few people. Work is fast paced and wide open throttle, so I seek the opposite when outside of the work arena.I own my home.I've worked at the same job for over 30 years.I am a father. She has left the nest.I have no tattoos or piercings. I think a woman is a work of art.80's rock music is my favorite.Being out on the lake or hiking in the woods is one of the most serene, tranquil places a person can find.I'm allergic to cats.I can count my true friends on one hand.I would give a stranger the shirt off of my back.I'm very shy. It takes awhile for me to warm up to people.I am casual; blue jeans and T shirts.I believe in treating people the way that I want to be treated.Life is good. I am comfortable in my skin.I smile a lot.I tend to hibernate in the winter.I like to cook when I have the time to plan a meal.I have a somewhat warped sense of humor.I am a bit of a smarta**.I have been divorced for a very long time.I would tread blood up to my neck for the friends that I can count on one finger.Honesty, integrity, pride and morals are very high on my list.I sleep on the left side.I'm a planner. I like working on my house.I don't think that anyone really reads these. First date, or first meet? I think we would need to meet first to see if there is going to be a first date. So, keep it simple, like, for coffee, or some ice cream. Then decide if there is enough there to plan a first date.

I prefer conversation or reading to TV almost always.I can be the life of the party.I prefer consistency of attitude and action.I like to go dancing. I dance like Snoopy. If you aren't familiar with a listed interest of mine, there's this thing now called Google. lol. This says first date. It doesn't say disclaim that & call it 1st meeting. To me, a date is not the same as a meet-n-greet. That's, well, a meeting. A date means you've already met & decided to go out together to do something. Have some fun - not sit across from each other and interview until the meal or drinks arrive. It takes more than a meet-n-greet, and likely more than one date, to really 'get to know' someone anyway, at least I think so. I can tell whether I want to continue to spend time with a person relatively quickly, but to think I know the person more than what they want to let show after one brief face-to-face? Not the way I think.Decide what to do together, or I can take the lead on that if you prefer. Come up with something cool yourself and I'm likely all in, so no worries!
