I'm a geek, but in the traditional 'uncool' sense and I enjoy most of what goes along with being a geek :)I have quite a few hobbies; more than I can take on at once, but I do try to make time for them all! Not all of the hobbies that I have fit within the 'spectrum of geekiness' but I make them work!My biggest passions are definitely film and music. Film is something I'd like to do a lot more, and currently I have plans to make a short film in the next coming weeks, once I work out all of the kinks of getting back into it!I'm a music geek through and through, I love writing, playing and quite obviously listening to music! With that I can find enjoyment in most types of music, except of course for rap... That isn't music! I did grow up listening to a lot of heavy metal and still to this day, is my favourite genre, but my top 10 list isn't all heavy metal bands (most of them are though!)I recently got out of a relationship that wasn't ideal and right now I'm going to be a little more 'selective' on who the next person I date is going to be. That being said, however, I'll never pass up a good conversation! I very much enjoy learning new things, expanding on the knowledge I already have and find intelligence an attractive quality in a person. I've heard a lot about guys on here sending really nasty messages, and using this site just for... 'temporary companionship'. That's not why I'm here, and that's not what I'm trying to do. meetville is purely an augmentation on my 'real life' search for what most of us want but only find in romance novels and chick flicks.... and no I don't read romance novels! Most chick flicks are terrible too... but there are the few that are just great films!If you managed to trudge through my boring profile and you're still coherent, send me a message, maybe we'll have a nice intelligent conversation!
