I live downtown. I have a historic home that I'm in the process of restoring. I also have a rental property and would like to have more. I work a full-time job that I jog to mon-fri; it's 3. I jog/walk almost every where. I also work a part-time job on the weekends. Money is definitely not everything because the best things in life are free. But I do love saving it and managing it. I go to the gym at least 3x a week for at least 2 hours for multiple reasons, 1 being I care about the way i look, would prefer a woman thats the same. I like a girl that is loyal, not an attention whore, mature, good sense of humor, not jealous or controlling....My best attributes are probably my sense of humor, work ethic, and money/time management. Best physical attributes are probably face, shoulders, and abs. Also, I have no piercings or tats, but if you have a couple that's OK (: I like lunch/dinner, drinks, walking.... But I can have fun doing just about anything. Coffee shops, pool, trivia...
