I am at the point in my life where I can say "I did it", my children are gone, raising them on my own didn't give me the opportunity to venture out to find a relationship. Work is challenging but when I can unwind - I enjoy walking along the lake, good food, wine, camping, spending time with family and friends not necessarily in that order. I also enjoy a relaxed game of golf, but I'm not that good and don't keep score - that would be scary. LOL. I am also a very easy going person, open to trying new things within reason - I'll try anything once (legal activities lol) I enjoy spur of the moment road trips or hanging at home watching movies or reading a good book. I like to attend church on Sunday's, I haven't been for awhile, I believe in always trying to be a loving, caring and supportive friend to anyone I cross paths with. Always focusing on the positive in people. There is so much negative in this world and it's sad. My faith allows me to have compassion for the less fortunate people out there. I'm not perfect by any means, and honestly believe that you reap what you sew. I would rather send out goodness to people than harshness and bitterness. That stuff in poison and will destroy your spirit. I am looking for that special guy who's happy and content with himself. Likes to laugh, have fun everyday, and wants to share all of our great times to nurture into a Long-term Relationship.... How about - meet for coffee and if the weather is nice go for a long walk along the lake.

Just looking to meet an easygoing attractive guy, and hopefully make a connection with someone on the same wavelength as me. I know this sounds like such a cliche, but I am looking for that "someone special" For now though, I am interested in seeing what we might have in common, establish a friendship first, take things slow, and go from there. Some of my qualities that I look for in others are a great sense of humour, mine tends to be somewhat sarcastic, and is not always politically correct. I enjoy intelligent conversation, but on the flip side, I'm still a kid at heart and can be nutty at times and like to be able to banter back and forth. Someone who is responsible but yet doesn't take themselves or life too seriously, is honest and has good values. I have a job that I am happy in, and would hope that you do also.I can also be somewhat adventurous, I am usually up for trying anything new, but at times I can be just as happy curled up with good book. Let's see.... been divorced for 12 yrs, which during that time spent most of it devoted to raising my two kids, my son, now 19 yrs old and my daughter, now 15 yrs old. They were my life and still are, but now it is my turn. I am looking for someone that has their head screwed on right and not into head games, as the old saying goes... been there had that. Looking for someone that has family values, treats you as an equal, and as partners you complete each other. Like someone that likes to do things together,cooking, curl up on the couch and watch a movie/tv, yard work, going camping,fishing, playing in the mud, clean the truck and even clean the garage. I am open to somone that has children at home as my daughter lives with me. I can be a lady when the need arises, but don't have a problem getting all dirty and playing in the mud.
