I am very family oriented, my parents are my best friends and my extended family are just as important. I love to meet new people, I am a social person I am quick to introduce and make someone smile. What do I want to do? I want to travel more, the world is my oyster! Cultural Anthropology is awesome and it is fun to explore the great unknown. I want to learn how to surf, diving, sky dive, snowboard or ski, and ride a motorcycle like a dirt bike (maybe start me off on a 50 lol). Not looking for someone who parties at PB, I have always felt way to old for a bunch of mommy and daddy credit card driven people, I've worked way to hard to be this independent to surround myself with a bunch of people with grandiosity complex. Drugs, I've never done a drug in my life, including weed, and I don't expect to ever try anything. Negatives I will admit, however we all have them. Mine was smoking but I have decided since I don't smoke religiously then why smoke at all. And I have been married but to me that wasn't a negative, it was a growing point, and I learned a lot about myself and what or who I want to spend my time with. What am I looking for? Someone who doesn't hold a grudge, mature enough to get past the small stuff, out going, out spoken, confident but not pompous, driven, ambitious, patient, caring, loyal, respectful, funny, sarcastic, adventurous, spontaneous, honest, thick skinned, smart but masculine.

I've been out of the dating scene a long time. just looking to see if anyone captures my interest. I read, write and cook. Here are some of my dislikes: I don't respond to many messages simply due to not being on here long enough right now. I also won't respond to less than intelligent conversations such as "Sup?" "Phone sex?" "So..." I'm not comfortable dating men more than ***years older than myself. I don't date pot heads, heavy drinkers or smokers. I don't see the appeal of getting wasted and complaining all the next day that it hurts.I can hang out and have a few drinks on occasion though. I won't date a man without a good job. I don't need a man to support me I work hard all on my own, but I am NOT going to support you either. I have standards and am not willing to lower them. To save you the question, "What makes you a nerd?" I love Star Wars( Han DIDN'T shoot first. He's the only one to shoot at all!), Star Trek( Yes, it's ok to love both), video games (Halo 4 kicked serious butt), and comic ( I collect Walking Dead when I have time to go). For those of you who have no idea what any of the above references are then we probably won't get along. I constantly throw pop culture references and movie quotes around. :) I am fiercely loyal, independent, sarcastic, despise drama, car nut, I love the idea of the beach, but the Irish in me says, "No." I'm proud of many heritages. I try to live life to the fullest and work my butt off to give a good life to my kids. I have 3. To any who made it this far and still want to chat hit me up
