I have been on my own now for a little over 2 years. I know quite well what I require from people as well as who I am and what I can offer others. =) That making me quite selective with a refusal to settle. I'm a loner by nature and quite comfortable in my own company, therefore being single doesn't generally cause me any grief. However, it can get lonely at times. After all, we can only be so solitary. =) Regardless of being a loner, I have much love, affection, and caring to give. =) As for who I am other than the loner bit, I shan't describe in the typical way. What you consider attractive, intelligent, kind, funny, etc. is up to you, not me. My opinion of myself will generally differ from anyone else's. We all see things differently. Therefore, you will discover on your own who I am, and what I consist of, for you. So, I'll simply share a few solid traits, both good and bad, and other random stuffs. =)Onward...A few solid personality / character traits:- Empathetic- Direct- Angle Thinker- Opinionated- Introverted- Altruistic- A Realist- Communicative- GenerousMusic:- Indie / Alternative / Folk / Celtic / Prog. / Psych. / Hard Rock- Grunge- Alternative / Prog. I also avoid earthworms in wet weather.- If you focus on social status, I'm not the woman for you.- My partner has to be my best friend, my buddy, above all else.- Very selective with whom I befriend / develop a relationship with.- Yes, only high school. But do feel free to assume I'm uneducated.- Not a city girl.- My friends are my main family.- I am none materialistic/high maintenance.- Animals & nature make me happy when I'm at my worst.- I'm a discusser, not a yeller.- I'm a geek with class, a tomboy with femininity.- I enjoy woodworking, and other manual labor.- Wish to learn fencing, archery, cello and piano.- Video gamer / Bookworm / Semi-artist.Please scan my interests, as I divulge a fair amount there as well. =)There is also much more to me than what's in this profile. I am quite mutlifaceted.Best of luck to you all!Kindest regards,J. =)I am not here to waste my time, or anyone else's. Let's keep it honest & considerate. I also do not reply to any 'Meet me' bollocks. And please have more going for you than going to the gym, enjoying travel and hanging out with friends, like the other 95% here. It's seriously enough to gag a maggot. Merci! =) Tea/coffee is usually the best bet. Or perhaps a walk in the park or art gallery. I also don't consider it a date. It is simply two people getting together, and hopefully enjoying each others company. =)

OK...I was on this site in the past, and can't say I was too impressed. Sure a lot of you feel the same..lol. I am one of the few, at least I hope there are more like me out there, who actually do not enjoy playing games and hiding behind my computer. I want to get out and meet someone at least halfway "sane" and do things..get outside, go for a drive, a hike, out to eat, movies etc. I hear of success stories, yet am kind of hoping I will end up one myself :)I like to take care of myself..and NO this does not mean I am "high maintenance" lol..Oh well, I guess that's for the guy that messages me and has guts to find out..haha. I like to joke, but know when to be serious. I love animals, and hate people who are cruel to them. I swear I like animals more than people. I love a guy that can make me laugh, and has a very strong sense of who he is..confidence is a must.FYI to some of the guys on this site, don't bs about your height, if you have hair, or your age. It's not like you can really keep that from someone so why bother?? I'm sure women are guilty of this as well! No pics wearing beaters, or shirts off in front of the mirror..clearly screams DBag. I like to call this a first meeting, not a first date. If the company is right, and everything is going smoothly, a coffee could lead to dinner..We all know how awkward dates can be, so why put any sort of pressure on it? :) Simple is the way to go..then it feels better for both parties.
