I can take the lead (and will sometimes) but its really nice to get to be the girl and let someone else make the plans. With that said, anything from drinks, to a baseball game, dinner, a beach bar at sunset with a frosty beverage or really anywhere that we can talk but doesnt put too much pressure on us.
