Few things about me:I’m extremely sarcastic; and have been described on more than one occasion as sassy, cheeky, smartass, etc. I come from a long line of sarcastic, quick witted, dry, all around hilarious people...so rest assured I’m pretty good at it!I’m deathly afraid of spiders and earwigs, and anything with a lot of legs, it’s embarrassing really.9 out of 10 times, I will struggle opening a banana. I know, also really embarrassing but I want to give you the good with the bad ;)I love cooking, probably one of my fave things to do, the whole process, planning the meal, shopping for ingredients, cooking everything from scratch and the best part, enjoying it with a glass (or two) of wine. I have no pets, but LOVE animals. I will almost always stop to pet a stray cat, try to play with a stranger’s dog and always walk a little slower past a dog park. I love the way dogs interact... they love everyone. If only all humans were just as cool!I will always find an excuse to dance, and have been known to break into dance, just cause! I also couldn't imagine my life without music, it has the power to completely change my mood.I will always find the humour in everything, maybe sometimes when I shouldn’t; life’s too short to take things too seriously. Having said that, I will also almost always choose to make an ass out of myself over looking cool, I like to think its part of my charm.I enjoy good grammar, I'm not an English teacher and don't want to correct anyone, but do appreciate when people know little things; like the difference between 'your' and 'you're' or 'Their' 'there' and 'They're'...am I asking too much??I read magazines backwards; I don’t know why...I just do.I run into inanimate objects on a regular basis.. and always apologize to them. I’m pretty good at impressions; I don’t do anyone in particular... I’m more like a parrot.I love magic... seriously love it. Someone starts doing magic tricks and I turn into a 4 year old on Christmas morning.I value kindness, manners and really appreciate little things like opening doors and saying a simple 'thank you'.I have an amazing family, and a pretty kick ass group of friends, but am at a point in my life where it would be nice to find someone awesome to spend some time with. The weather is beautiful, perfect time to sit on a patio with a drink and do some serious people watching.p.s- I generally won’t respond to people that don’t have pictures...just seems shady, who are you hiding from? First and foremost, I am a mom to 4 amazing and active children. They always have and always will come first! If you come with a lot of bullsh*t or crazy drama, please do not message me! I try to live my life as drama free as possible!I tend not to be very good at describing myself, but I will do my best... I try to stay upbeat and positive, and am successful most of the time, but who doesn't have a rough day once in a while, right? I am a very kind, caring, compassionate person, as well as a lot of fun. I enjoy many activities, including reading, hiking, biking, swimming, hunting, camping, music, movies, sports, drinks out, amusement parks, dive bars, farmer's markets, shopping, going to the gun range, animals, 4- I am willing to try most things at least once (except sky diving). I love walking along the beach and feeling the sand between my toes. I love perfect fall weather, the changing leaves, the cool mornings, and the crispness in the air. I am probably most comfortable wearing jeans and a tank top (or hoodie if it's chilly), but I enjoy getting all dressed up on occasion, too. My three favorite smells are fresh cut grass, baking bread, and leather (I won't buy a ball glove unless it smells amazing!!). I love almost all music, not a huge fan of rap, but there are a few that I like. Country music is my main love, but oldies, 80s, classic rock, etc. are all great, too! I love movies, although I usually like to read the book first if there is one. I am not a huge TV watcher, but I do love me some The Walking Dead- my guilty pleasure! I do try to work out several times per week, but still struggle with getting into a set routine. It would be great to meet someone who also works out! I am also working on applying to nursing school, as I would like to be an RN when I grow up. Enough about me!!Who I am looking for... Ultimately, I am looking for my soul mate and life partner. But before it gets to that point, I believe a strong foundation built on honesty, communication, respect, and friendship is an absolute must. I am looking for someone who has all those traits, as well as a sense of humor, a romantic side, adventurous, a good mix of planning/spontaneity, hard-working, who will do the little things every day to show he cares, and enjoys children and being around children.
