About Me

I am generally a pretty easy-going person. I'm smart, funny, and considerate. I love to read, and I sing and play a little guitar and piano. I have a soft spot for geeky guys as I am kind of geeky myself. I have three tiny dogs and love animals. If you don't like dogs, we probably won't get along! I enjoy the outdoors - camping, hiking, anything water-related - but I don't love doing it in the crazy Florida summer heat. I really like to travel, and if you want someone who will take off on a road trip, I am your girl. :) I'm a PhD student working on my degree in Theatre Studies. I am also very career-oriented, and am not looking to give that up. This doesn't mean that I can't or won't make another person my priority (I will), but I have goals that are very important to me. I'm typically pretty low-maintenance, but I am a sucker for silly holidays like Valentine's Day and birthdays. I'm easy to talk to and usually friendly to everyone. I love a guy who is smart and challenges me intellectually. I also love a great sense of humor. You don't have to be a comedian, but don't take yourself too seriously. My sense of humor can be pretty dark and shocking to those who are easily shocked. I believe that nothing is off-limits when it comes to humor, but one should be sensitive to the present audience. Proper grammar and a strong vocabulary are major turn-ons. And I don't care if you have money, but you should have the ambition to do something good for the world. Also, I think any woman who doesn't prefer nice guys is a fool.

    So here it goes.... Fairly balanced genuine, honest and caring female.
