Here goes... Whatever happened to the old fashioned way of meeting someone? Times have changed and here we are trying to meet the "right one" for us online. A little about me... Hello all! I'm looking for someone to spend time with and enjoy what each day brings.I miss the connection that comes with a relationship, and having someone there for me and me for them. For many years I thought I wasn't in a hurry to settle down again but now realize that I'm missing out on the opportunity to make memories with "my" someone. I've been divorced for 11 years, have one grown son, a future daughter-in-law, one dog and two cats and a job that I enjoy. My friends have been telling me lately that I don't get out enough so maybe I can change that. It's time for my new chapter in life to begin and I'm hoping this chapter includes someone I can't go a minute without thinking about! This is my second time on meetville and I'm hopeful that this time around will be better. While I understand that each person on here has their own agenda and are free to pursue what they're looking for, I need to make it clear what the "rules of engagement" are when contacting me~~be honest! If you're looking for a promising future with someone, say so. If you're looking to date, with no interest in commitment in your future, say so! I'm not a mind reader, guys! :) There is nothing more annoying than taking time to get to know someone based on what they say, only to discover their intent is the exact opposite. True? The best first date is the one that is pressure free, something casual in a relaxed atmosphere. You can't learn much about a person in a crowded restaurant or a movie.
