I have the biggest heart you'll find, sometimes to a fault. I have a tendency to put everyone else's happiness before my own. Lets see, how do I describe the man I would like to date? I really want someone in my life that will keep me laughing, a tough man with a tender heart, someone who can add to my life by teaching me new things and having intelligent conversations. Someone who will play tennis with me and let me win once in a while:) I would love to have a partner who pushes me to do better but will still be a soft place to land when I fall short. I want someone who is patient, understanding, kind, affectionate and adventurous. I need a man who believes in family values and helping those less fortunate. It is very important to me that the man I end up with is honorable, loyal and trustworthy. I am very loving and affectionate and will give 110% to my guy. You will never wonder if I'm crazy about you...I will make sure you know it! Passion is huge with me and something I must have! If there's not chemistry between us it won't work. I want my heart to skip a beat every time you call me...or touch me...for the next 50 years!!!

I've given in to peer pressure...again. It's been 3+ years since I've been on a dating web-site. Being a "hopeless romantic" I guess I was still holding out for serendipity. My main focus back then was my kids. Now I'm turning the focus to me. To be honest, being a single mom to three kids, working full time, taking care of a house really wasn't conducive to dating. I'm looking for someone who shares my same values, is generous with his time and gives unconditionally. That's a lot to ask for, I know, and might be the reason why I'm still looking. Friends would describe me as someone with a big heart. (some would say to a fault) I'll help a stranger without hesitating and I'll rescue a dog in a heartbeat. I love dogs, but if you give more attention to your dog than you do me, then "; I enjoyed playing tennis, but it's been some time since I've picked up a racket. I like to watch baseball and football games. (both live and on TV) I enjoy listening to music while doing the things I like to do. I'll listen to most types of music, but I'll admit I'm a country kind of girl. I prefer concerts in outdoor venues (no matter the weather). I enjoy cooking with or for someone, but I rarely cook for just myself. I enjoy being outdoors (in the mountains, at the lake or near the ocean) I love to explore new places, but prefer to have someone to do it with. I'm looking for that someone who enjoys doing things TOGETHER. It doesn't matter what we do, whether it's exercising, a house project, grocery shopping or NOTHING, let's do it together. I've learned you may not always want to do the same thing, but you might just enjoy going along for the ride. You can fill in the blank. First dates should be kept simple. It doesn't have to be 'dinner and a movie'. It could be just a walk in the park.

I have been divorced for about 7 years now. I have dated some but haven't met the right one. I am really close to my family and I enjoy cooking Sunday dinner for them every week. I like going out with my friends for dinner or dancing but enjoy quiet nights at home cooking dinner (if I could just find the right one to share that with). I am a girly girl so I like pretty things but I can slip on an old pair of jeans and be right at home on a 4wheeler if the occasion arises. My idea of a good first date would be to go out to dinner and have a few drinks. Good conversation and getting to know one another.
