My Name is Don my Nickname is Double-D I am Recently Widowed after 27 years due to a battle with cancer, so its time to start over approved by my deceased wife, looking to have fun and share the rest of my life with someone life is short. You do not realize how little time you have in your life until you lose someone. I find it is very hard to write about yourself, even harder during the pandemic to dateCant wait for the second covid shot in july. About me i am comfortable with a hammer in my hand or a wrench or in a board meeting with vp's from some large corporation or in some other country. All my life i have been renovating houses, fixing cars, cooking, fixing just about anything. I am Kind, caring, honest, loving, easy going, hardworking, perceptive, confident and at times can be funny. I am well travelled and have been around the world. i have some children at home who are older and will be getting back to life after this pandemic is over. I am currently still working full time and haven't traveled for about a year as i usually travel with my job, this will startup again soon. I have 5 children, and 6 grand children.My life is busy but i always have time for friends and Family, I love to cook and can cook just about anything especially seafood as i am from the east coast was raised on lobster, scollops Oysters, mussels, and crab. sometimes i can spend lots of time shopping for different spices and food ingredients. I am active and like to always be busy like to go for walks and go boating, I live on a river so its easy to get up in the morning go sit out on the end of the Dock have a coffee and watch the sun come up or watch it set in the evening with a glass of wine. BTW i have not signed up for a membership yet in the process of doing this soon
