I am an endurance athlete who spends most of my time outdoors. I spend a lot of time training for triathlons so most of my free time is spent around other athletes. During training season, I get a lot of workouts done early in the morning so they don't overtake my days. During the winter, I am lazy. I am proud of the way that he and I work together to raise good people. A bike ride, long walk or a run. Maybe a workout at the gym. Coffee works if you prefer to sit still. I am slightly introverted until I get to know someone but definitely come out of my shell if I am riding or running. I don't sit still a whole lot but love a nice dinner and a good glass of wine (second date).
