About Me

Hi I'm David and live in sunny Southwell, Nottinghamshire. I could tell you about my love of country life, my dog, the seasons, restaurants, home entertaining, wine, cooking and live music. My hobbies of sailing, restoring classic sports cars, DIY and shooting clays. When I'm out with company, I like to offer my arm and walk on the outside, open doors, hold hands etc. I'm tactile, give awesome back rubs, love eye contact and lots of snogs. However, all of this is for you to discover. So who am I? Well I'm a Leo, easy going, bright, positive, articulate, spontaneous and come pre-programmed to make you laugh and smile! I'm house trained, usually leave the loo seat down, will deal with your tyre and screenwash needs without fuss, fearlessly remove spiders and generally make things happen. I have my own successful business and some wonderful friends strategically located around the UK. I have a charming 17c cottage which recently had some major alterations done and is currently having a Farrow & Ball country style make over. Last year I was adopted by a stray young dog called Hugo Boss. The little bugger is training me to play 'fetch the ball' around the adjoining fields and then the 'follow the muddy paw prints' game when we get home… I'd like to meet a relaxed, interesting, astute and happy woman with a GSOH who is open to the idea of a committed and ongoing relationship (a surprisingly elusive creature!) It would be lovely to spend time discovering why you are so very special and to fall in love with a wonderful new girlfriend. What could possibly go wrong……
