I've taken much time to process my role in the unfortunate end of my ***year marriage. l have made necessary changes in myself so that it never happens again. I have redefined myself & my role as a single woman. I do like to rough it....at the Hilton,Jacuzzi suite, king sz bed, chocolate on the pillow and room service. I enjoy the calmness of the country and activity of city. In fact if you take vacation for hunting, we are probably not compatible. I believe in giving back to the community.I am not selfish. I have "mine" ***who I adore, will love "yours", but not interested in having any of "ours". While I'm no lonely cat lady, I love animals and have many pets. My greatest joy is being Grandmom . I dream of having "cousin camp" where all the grandchildren come over simultaneously for a week. If $ were no object I would buy a huge parcel of land, build a road down the center of it, our home at the very end,and each one of the kids a home built to their needs there also. I love music, but don't know titles and artists of anything. I listen to rock, pop, country, jazz, big band, christian music.I'm a nice girl that happens to be a Christian, not boring or legalistic but I do know that being equally yoked spiritually is critical, no offense but if you don't attend and participate at church regularly or are not open minded about spirit filled worship, we are not equally yoked. I REALLY enjoy home improvement projects and gardening, would love to find a handyman to build our dream home with. A weekend tool belt is sexy,I have my own pink one and my own power tools. I am not too girly to do construction BUT I am too girly to work on my own car, if you have those skills you may steal my heart. I like to ride on the back of a motorcycle, I have no tats & my piercings are conservative. I yearn for a traditional relationship (1 god loving man,1 woman, picket fence, house in the country & no debt) . I'd love to meet a man who will take the reins, make plans for us, so I don't have to as much. Surprise me with weekend getaways or unexpected thoughtful gestures.. My ideal guy is comfortable and active in many social settings. I'm attracted to men with a slight edginess,but must be a true gentleman not a bad boy.Bald (or very short military hair cut) is sexy. Great smile is a must. Should be appearance & health / fitness conscious with impeccable hygiene (but not more high maintenance than me).A man of high integrity and moral standards who is organized, structured & responsible but not uptight. Active and enjoys doing things we've never tried..adventurous, playful, touch of sarcasm, empathetic, enjoys sports without idolizing them, clean sense of humor/ light-hearted and a patient communicator. He will be 1st priority and most important earthly relationship. yes! even before the children...biblical truth: the alpha relationship in the family is the adult couple. It is important to know that while I'm fun, I am conservative, intentionally slow in relationships and rather proper, only my husband will be given the gift I have chosen to reserve just for him, no exceptions.Winter/ Christmas is my favorite and most romantic time of the year. Ice skating at Rockefeller plaza in the arms of my sweetheart is on my bucket list, with a gondola ride in Venice, Drinking champagne in Versaiile, Shopping in India, a safari In Africa, Castle sleepovers in Ireland, picking Tulips in Holland,Skiing the Swiss Alps, wading in the Riviera,and holding a Koala in Australia, & of course smooching at the Eiffel Tower, walking amongst Cherry Blossoms in China, a family cruise with Disney. ( I have never been to Disney World) I also want to walk where Jesus walked and see the cistine chapel. How about take a Ball room dance class? Wanna learn to paint. Be prepared to pose, I am a photographer. Let's conquer a fear, mine is water. Yeah maybe a bit too much pressure for a first date. I prefer action dates. Doing something...going to a festival,park, ice skating,road trips, softball, volunteering or even just wondering aimlessly through a historic or quaint town,I do eat, but not seafood or much pasta. I like nightlife in the city,but am not into big bar scene (but we can live like were 21 again a few times a decade).I like to people watch and make up stories about others lives by what I observe, thrift store & window shopping is fun when you mix and match items and photograph the results, I love to dance and would love to find a friend who'd like to learn to dance with me I love looking at how the light plays off the architecture at night. I like auctions and flea markets. There are So many places local to me that I've never experienced.. My mind is open to try new things (that wont potentially kill me). I've never tubed on water or snow, I have never skied, Never been to a real rock n roll concert, never golfed (put put only) never ridden a horse, never ridden a Harley, never been in a hot air balloon or helicopter, to Niagara Falls, or Canada or on a real vacation out of the state, i have never been to Vegas, or been in the ocean, or to wolf lodge, but i don't ;like to get wet...unless its a warm gentle rain and I'm hand in hand with my sweetie, How would you "wow" me? Have you seen the movie courageous? I want a man like the men in that movie. Have you seen the movie fireproof? I have fun wherever I go, and really appreciate the details, and small things in my day. Good attitude, and giving gratitude describes my way of thinking. I like spending time with positive people, and stretching my mind with good conversation, and new ideas. Friends and family are important to me. My family does a camping trip every year that never seems to last long enough. I always bring rocks home from those trips, and like having them around me. I also like semi-precious gems with silver, or fossils, and minerals from the earth. Some of the most beautiful things come from the ground (or hang in the sky). While I am not a material person I do like to have my things around me since it's what makes my home. I sometimes wonder what it would be like to challenge that, and just travel the world with very few possessions. Music makes me very happy, and I love it live, or through headphones. Music is like a sound celebration that leaves me feeling recharged, and ready for more adventure. While I do listen to Sonic I also play some '70's stuff or anything from the 70's onwards. I have a nice collection of classical music too, and do have an turntable for that Rap, country, and opera just don't do anything for me, and are more like noise pollution to me haaha. That said I do love hearing anything new, and not all country is bad. I don't get jazz, but wish I did. Y'know ? I believe that we are all equally important and deserve the same respect. It's hard for me to watch the news because of all the negative events going on, but I like to be informed at the same time. I believe that ***is going to be a fantastic year, and I intend to make it so. I can't wait until its nice out again and I can walk in the sunshine. There are very specific things that I'm focused on right now that don't include a man, but the right guy would make it all the more fun. I am dreaming up my new home, land, and everything about it. I can do any thing. I am trying to say that I am independent. I've lived alone for 14 years, but am really happy to have people over. Being alone is really natural for me and I'm probably at my best when I get some solitude throughout the week. If I were in a relationship and wanting to spend time getting to know you and just plain old hang out together I'm sure that alone time would be less. I have seen many studies (over ***, and read how many people are on their way to being cured with the cannabis plant -when they get it soon enough. I totally believe that the plant and it's medicinal oil have incredible healing properties, and that is what I am using it for ( but they don't have a box for that here) It was good enough for Jesus. While growing up on a farm I witnessed a man who could do anything with his hands and I really thought that it was part of all men because he did it so well. I love to fix everything myself if I can or be there to see how it's done. A sense of humor is important to me. I much prefer an optimist over someone who is just living. You are a manly man of pleasant nature and are strong and capable. You are taller than me, do not spend more time in the mirror than me, thank you, and we have similar values and likes. I am not your ex and you are not mine. We write our own rules. You are a lot of fun, and are really easy to be with. Family and friends are important to you and you may have gotten your fit body as much from play and fun, as work. You love your Mom, are aware of the world around you, are positive by nature, healthy, and you take good care of yourself. You are looking for a best friend and a partner in crime that gets and accepts you for who you are and loves to celebrate that. I've never been a jealous person. It's totally normal to have friends of both sexes, and as long as you don't spend more time with them than me we are good. :) Longer hair has always been my affection but not every love has had it. Darker eyes can be sexy but I've not faulted blue ones. There is so much more to life than these small parts of us. We can hear each other out and then enjoy a discussion and our differences. We are there to support, and build each other up. I want to hike, camp, go to music festivals, concerts, take impulsive drives to no where and everywhere, lie under the stars on a great blanket, and cuddle.
