Hi...welcome to my profile!! Is it me or does everyone say they like 'the outdoors' and 'the beach'?! I'm genetically designed to live in a warm climate and I'm energized by the sun. No surprise then that I like to travel...I backpacked around the world years ago and I plan on going again to see the places I missed. If that doesn't appeal to you or if you are the kind that would rather stay in a posh hotel than a hostel, then your not the one for me!!My perfect day/evening would be on the beach, swimming in the sea & then chilling by the warmth of a fire. I surf badly but love snorkelling & scuba diving.I live in the middle of nowhere and that suits me fine. I have a great set of friends and two beautiful daughters that rock my world. Between my work, my girls and renovating my house I don't get much spare time but I would happily 'down tools' for the right girl..?!!I'm looking for someone to share laughs & adventures with. Now what? took me long enough to come up that wonderful headline. My big passions in life are photography, writing and triathlon, bit of a mix, I know. I'm not the usual sporty-type; I don't wear tracky pants 24hrs. Likewise, I don't spend all of my time training. I like to slow down, unwind, find moments in places and just be. I could be lying (not a habit) and say I'm a published writer, that I'm not a natural blond, that my finger are green, I'm a trained dancer, I often have three books on the go, that at one time in life the cinema was a second home. But i guess you'll have to find out. I won't say too much on here as there'd be nothing to talk about if we ever met.Which takes me nicely onto THE date - wetsuit optional, but it would be somewhere that I could give you the attention you deserve.I don't take myself too seriously,although once the race starts I do tend to be in the 'zone'. I'll be the first to laugh at myself in some of the photos that appear from races and in general life. see above
