I'm the creative, fun-loving, easy-going sort who thrives on being social. I don't have to be the center of attention, though. Its no fun when one person is hogging the spotlight! My interests are all over the place, & what I'm doing depends on how I'm feeling. On a laid-back evening, going out for a couple drinks with friends is ideal to me, but wherever we go has to have a patio, especially when the weather is nice! On a more active night, I enjoy going to see local bands I may or may not have heard of, go bowling, take my DSLR out & just cruise around taking pictures of the city with friends, take a walk with no destination in mind, etc.I do know when to be serious & responsible, though. I have a stable job with good pay, & I'm responsible with my money. I own my truck & home, and if I'm capable of it, I'd rather do the maintenance on each myself before hiring someone else to do it. I purposefully bought a house that was in great condition, but also has a lot of things I can do to make it even better & suit my personality.There's more to me than any written description can tell, so feel free to message me & ask questions :-) Something where we can interact & get a feel for one another's personalities. Depending on the day, we could chat over coffee or drinks, hang out at a park, go see a local band....just engaging in activities we both enjoy. No going to the movies or anyplace else we have to sit & be quiet at, though. Its hard to get to know one another when you can't interact at all!

Underneath a stoic façade is a down to earth, genuine and compassionate man. If you were ask my friends they'd say that even though I may initially appear serious they quickly learn that I am quite laid back and almost too relaxed in situations. I thoroughly enjoy bowling, stay-at-home movies and fine dining, but I secretly enjoy do-it-yourself projects and going to museums. I never get tired of asking questions and learning new things. Aside from characteristics posted on this site and personal attraction, which have their place, my ideal woman must at minimum possess one intangible attribute - empathy. For me empathy is the synthesis of and encompasses not only understanding but more importantly affection, kindness and intimacy. She must have the ability to act autonomously and pursue her passions and desires; in turn I would wholeheartedly support her.
