My story is like a lot of others, divorced, 2 kids. Son,15,shares time with me & his mom. I drive a truck locally, it's not sexy, but it pays well & is recession proof in any place in the country. I am able to take time off to see my son play sports, so it works well for me. On my time off I like riding motorcycles, golf, hikin, most things outdoors. The time with my son is important *** his age, so I do my best to teach him & make it count. I'm pretty easy goin & have more interests than I'll list here. Who I'm lookin for should realize that a few lines of text will not show you all that I am. I'll leave it *** that. Thanks for takin the time to look! P.S. if you want to know more, feel free to ask! First date can be a lot of things...dinner, drinks, late breakfast, a walk in the park or by the lake...etc. Whats most important to me is an atmosphere for good conversation, so crowded bars or a loud concert is not my idea of a first date..

Ok, so I am supposed to list hobbies and interests huh? Well, I love baseball, politics, a good debate, history and reading non fiction/ biographies. I don't drink, but I love good coffee. Another interest I have is cooking. My grandma was a first generation Italian, and she taught me well. I also enjoy radio. My goal on here is to meet someone who likes to talk, banter back and forth, take a long drive, and stop and eat somewhere that neither one of us has been to before. Or, just let me cook. Extra points if you know what a ***double play is. Don't let my involvement with AA scare you off. I detected a serious problem with drinking and I took the steps that were necessary to fix it. I cherish my soberity, and I thank god every day for it. I think that I am an awesome man worth getting to know. Oh and I recently started attending a nice church. I walked in, the church didn't collapse, the sun still came out, and shockingly, I enjoyed it. Perhaps there's something to this spirituality thing...just saying.. Oh and a question for the married ladies. 2 in fact. If you are married, why wait until the big first date to announce it? Also, if you aren't happy in your marriage, then why... and here is a common sense question so be prepared... Why stay married? I'm just curious.. Perhaps meet at a coffee shop, talk, hopefully laugh, then take a walk. I am open to anything enjoyable.
