Hi there .. I`ve been single forsome time now. but I like it that way,,,some times.. but now,,, i`m really starting to miss you! So it`s time to get out and find you. I get outdoors as much as possible .I do a lot of quadding ,taking trails, stopping on a trails making a fire(in winter ) having a hot lunch or just enjoying the outdoors and scenery.I go camping on all long weekends in the summer.Winter time not so much just day trips with the quad ,I work weekends all winter,so don`t do to much as most people are working during the week. Play lot`s of softball in the summer. My children live at home, or come home to sleep or do laundry,, and I`m ok with that! I have more time on my hands now to get out more, meet more interesting people. . So I would like to start dating again,and friends are a good start,, but looking for,, really ,the long haul! not into any bullsh*t, tell me how it is. Don`t be afraid. I like almost everything,, but politics. .. If you know what you want as most of you do know, you`ll leave a note or just keep going by... I don`t smoke,do drink a little,and do not do any kind of drugs,.Well maybe Advil after playing ball all weekend. I like to listen to most music Just not country!!!. First and foremost I am a dad. I am a firefighter by profession and a musician because I love music, all types of music. I sing, play guitar and I'm currently trying to learn piano. I am an avid reader, mostly non fiction but I enjoy a good novel. My favourite sport is soccer, but there are really very few sports that I don't enjoy. I play as well as watch. Love to sail my boat (it's nothing fancy) but being on the water is therapeutic, not saying that I need therapy. I travel as often as possible, usually three or four times per year. Love cooking and sharing a nice meal with people who are special to me. A partner with a sense of humour is a huge bonus but I manage to laugh at myself daily so if you're a little serious that's fine. Just be yourself. I would like to meet a strong, independent woman who knows who she is. Not still searching. Someone who is sexy, fun loving, easy going but with an appetite for adventure. Oh I should mention that I have my own home, my own car, and I do my own laundry. Could use help folding but not a deal breaker. On a first date I would like to spend a little time getting to know each other. Perhaps go to a cafe for a few laughs and some stimulating conversation. If all goes well we'll get a bite to eat, share a little wine. Nice, with no pressure.

I love the outdoors and keeping in shape. A healthy livestyle is a big part of my life working as a volunteer firefighter but have recently retired from after 25 yrs service.. Which I found very rewarding.It's a big change in life but enjoyed it. The program I toke was enviromental technician field & lab. For we have have only earth and I have worked in this field on clean up end and hopefully when done this course I can maybe make a small difference in how we treat it. Though the jobs in this field have dwindled down, so I've gone back to welding something I known and have done.Enjoy a good movie with a glass of wine and sitting close and even snuggling and cuddling to belief or not.It's not for the ladies some of us guys like that too. One thing, have you ever been walking down the street and seen an 80 year old couple holdings hands, completely enthralled by the fact that after so many years together they still love each other fully and completely and wholeheartedly even when the poor guys teeth fall out at the dinner table and she has to help him put them back in...Well my teeth aren't falling out of my head, and I'm not quite an old man but I am looking for that special type of connection and not just another fling. I'm an easy going guy. Tried roller blading once and... well we'll leave it at that haha.But willing to do it again. Enjoy all types of music. Open and honest, and show respect. You get what you give. Don't be shy,stop by and say hello. Yes I have a few tattoos but they all have meaning to them. Think it's more of a meeting than a date.We could go for coffee or a drink,whichever you prefer.A walk is always nice too.I enjoy a walk with a coffee or tea. Or if you like maybe even a shopping trip.
