Looking for a woman that enjoys the simpler things in Life.Life to me is about learning new adventures and sharing the knowledge learned ....I like trying to keep a somewhat active lifestyle, soin the summer months it can include camping, kayaking ,and hiking or bike riding,swimming at the lake,also country drives to nowhere,even walking in the summer rain. Most activities I like to do are around the water.Just relaxing at home watching a funny movie or playing backgammon or other board games ,vegetable gardening , learning to cook and even dancing.I also enjoy woodworking , and home renovations. In the winter months I slow down a bit , and that can include cross country skiing , tobogganing and indoor swimming .I'd rather be outside doing anything when the weather is nice .I also enjoy going out to craft shows, county fairs, art shows, museums or just a relaxing, or just great conversation.I'm pet friendly, I have owned dogs most of my life, but I am without any dogs now.I'm self sufficient, I have my own life , just looking to share some time with someone else. I enjoy sitting out on a patio, just people watching.I love to be constantly experiencing new and different cultures and learning new things .I'm very open to trying just about anything .Some of my past hobbies have included downhill skiing,water skiing,scuba diving, boating .Very family oriented, and still talk or see them almost daily.I have a good quirky sense of humor . I have No problem being able to laugh at myself .Musical interest include Jazz, Country ,Latin, Classical and ***'s Rock and Roll & Blues Fest.Still on my bucket list are Geocaching, skydiving, river rafting, fly fishing, horseback riding .I would like to find someone that also enjoys trying to keep an active lifestyle .Someone that is not caught up with the material things in life , someone that is laid back and enjoys the simpler things in life ..I've learned that life is short , you're only here for a little while , and your character is not based on what you own . Young at heart father of three legally separated and to be divorced very soon. Okay then now that that’s clear. I live on my own and have my kids half the time. I like to have fun and have always appreciated “taking in the moments”. I am easy to please especially if I am in good company. Not really interested in keeping up with the Joneses’. I like music, love a great cup of coffee and a great glass of wine. I enjoy weekend getaways, spending time outside whether it is a walk, hike, bike ride, camping, cottaging, skating or even sitting on my porch with my laptop and a glass of wine ? I work out regularly and have good energy. There is something satisfying about time spent in the kitchen. Preparing a meal or assisting as sous chef. Music playing, glass of wine, dabbling with a recipe now and then and enjoying the results (if you didn’t mess up lol). I like to lighten things up at work as much as I can. Usually its stories of my Go train trips to work (there is a conversation in itself). I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I don’t dance much but if I have a drink or two that could change :P . Looking for someone non-judgemental, comfortable in their own skin, can laugh at herself and very importantly will hold my hand when we go for a walk. I am fine with the not rushing it approach but the long term goal for me of course is to not grow old alone. If we fit I will be there for you. As much as I like to get out and be active I have no problem with relaxing down time on a Friday night with a good movie or an HBO episode. We could tackle the other stuff Saturday and/or Sunday. I so look forward to the day I don’t need to go online to get an update. Right? Go for coffee, Go for drinks, sit in a park.Go over Niagra Falls in a barrel, wha!?
