I have served in the military, been in federal law enforcement and currently work for the federal government. I'm a no-nonsense kinda gal and can pick up on the bull really quickly. So if you're the type of person who likes to play games, I'm not the one for you. The majority of you will find my approach offensive, abrupt and feel that it comes across as rude. I'm not. I'm a happy person, I love to laugh and be around those who enjoy laughing as well and I love to have fun. I just feel it's better to be up front. Hopefully my bluntness won't keep the right person from reaching out and taking the chance to get to know me. I do not date outside my race.I do have a son who's 18 & in college who's my pride and joy. I'm really sweet, loving and a warm hearted person. I really, really love to laugh & have a sarcastic sense of humor. I like to be around people who like to laugh, have fun and can appreciate my brand of sarcasm. I'm open, giving, and honest (admittedly too honest & most people don't appreciate that). I enjoy exercising, being active, I love dancing and doing all sorts of things. I also like my down time, veggin out on occassion, eating food that's not so healthy for you and lazy mornings in bed with that special someone. I like action, scary, some romance (depends), animated movies, comedy and many other things. Music tastes are wide ranging. I'd like to find someone I click with, take it slow and see how things go. Something very casual like an afternoon lunch maybe.

Looking for: man. In age: 44-54
I have two sons...one little and one already grown... and I love to spend time with them when I can. I love to go dancing, country dancing, but unfortunately that requires a partner, which I don't have. I do like most kinds of music but country is my favorite. I also like to bowl although I'm not too good at it but getting there. I like to read, take lots of pictures, mostly of my boys, and do my scrapbook....it' very relaxing and stress relieving. I don't get to see many movies except all the animated and kiddie ones....which I really enjoy! I am looking for someone that is also easy going and is going to make me laugh. I like to hold hands and show affection and be shown affection....appropriate of course! I want strong arms that can hold me tight...not a wet noodle that I can't lean on. I don't like people that are grumpy and complainers. I believe life is too short to be grumpy and I try to look at the positive side of things. I don't like to talk about my work or your work outside of work. A short venting is sufficient if needed then drop it and move on with the day because it is going to be over before we know it and I don't want to waste my time listening to complaints. Well, that is ME and maybe I'll meet YOU! Dancing, dancing, dancing. Did I mention I like to two step?? Maybe share an appetizer and have a drink at the local bar and grill to talk a bit and get to know each other then dance all night. That is, as long as you know how to dance and arent going to step on my toes. And if you ARE going to step on my toes then maybe a movie or even a second drink would be better! And if we click, consider taking dance lessons. haha

New to the area. I love a good laugh and find a man with a good sense of humor and a quick wit extremely sexy. I like a man who is confident with a touch of swag but who is not arrogant. He must be kind, generous, passionate, compassionate, and adventurous. I know it sounds like I'm putting out a laundry list of wants, but I feel at this stage in my life I know what I'm looking for in a partner, and I know what I have to offer to one as well. Essentially, I'm looking for my best friend.I'm extremely loyal to those I love and consider friends and family the most important things in life. I love to cook and bake and am most at home either in the kitchen or at the ballpark. I'm learning to appreciate the PNW but think I'll always consider the South my home. In other words, I'll need a partner who is accepting of my commuter lifestyle. I love most all kinds of music (I'm a little iffy on the new Country stuff. I do love Johnny Cash, though) and love going to the movies. I don't mean to sound harsh, but I've found online dating to be awkward and frustrating. There seems to be a lot of *** and forth but not a lot of actual meeting. I also seem to receive a lot of attention from men who want to 'chat' (talk dirty) or attention from much younger men. While this is flattering, it's not what I'm looking for. I'm also not interested in communicating with those who choose not to post pictures. What's the point? I have no idea who I'm talking with if I can't see your face. Thanks for checking out my profile. If you think we might share some things in common, give me a holler! What do we have to lose?
