I consider myself a Jill of all Trades, but master of none. I can do pretty much anything I put my mind to. I am going back to school to earn a third degree. Can you handle a smart woman? I'm open, honest and have integrity and am looking for the same in someone else. I easily laugh at my own follies. I like simple things in life, but do enjoy the occassional night out at the theater or ballet. I live a healthy lifestyle and keeping healthy is important to me. I like walking and riding bikes, dancing, camping, fishing, and even hunting. I like to ride horses, read, knit, play tennis. I enjoy classic country and rock, love to two-step but can dance to anything. I like to watch football and baseball. I have a decent sense of humor, rather dry and sarcastic at times. I think laughter really is the best medicine sometimes, along with prayer.I can be silly, romantic, direct -- all at the same time. :-I have a strong work ethic, high standards for myself and my kids, and am independent. But, I also enjoy being pampered at times and I appreciate the lost art of chivalry in a man.I don't like dishonesty. If you're looking for only one thing from a woman, please move along as I'm not interested."And then I got to thinking, what makes you want to go, to learn the wherefore and the why?..." I couldn't care less... you pick. Just make sure I can hear you talk without you having to yell. And light. There must be light so I can see you. And beverages must be present. And perhaps cheese and bacon present. That's always a plus.

    Who am I? I'm casual, adventurous, outgoing and a mom but perhaps a bit shy at first. My kids live with me most of the time so if kids are not your thing then you'll want to move on. If you're still reading, hello! Where to begin? I enjoy a great conversation over coffee or over a beer but I don't want to close the place. I love going up North to get away and enjoy nature. I'm not one to lay on the beach to tan but I'll walk on the beach, swim, kayak, hike, bike and explore. I've traveled and I'd like to do more, in the USA and abroad. I like surprises. Routine is good but spontaneity keeps life exciting. Jeans are great, if I must dress up then so be it but I seem to concentrate more on what I'm doing than what I'm wearing. I've golfed a few times in my life and I'm terrible but I still like it and I'd go if you'd have the patience to teach me how to do it better ... but if we putt-putt, I can be very competitive. I love go-carts and was super excited when all my kids were old/tall enough to ride. I drive a mini-)I'm hoping to find that great mix of fun, funny, responsible (but not stuffy,) adventurous, confident, nice guy who is my best friend, likes kids, doesn't smoke or do drugs or drink too much and is fairly healthy and in shape. I'm also a realist and I know that we all have baggage. I'd prefer somebody with the carry-on size and not the full set! I've not met you yet so please don't assume I'm like all the others and I'll do the same for you. I don't "need" a man in my life but I'd like one.
