About Me

I am at the point where I realize that you rarely get a second chance at this life, and that I really do want to be happy...and with someone that really cares about me as much as I care about them.I am 47, I like to think pretty smart (or at least I try!), independent, sarcastically funny at times and really value the small things in ife. I would rather have a catch in the park, watch a movie or spend hours talking about everything and anything. I love and admire the wisdom and talents of my kids and I took a bunch of wrong roads in relationships that I would very much like to put behind me. (too bad there is no GPS for that right!?) I believe that being friends is the basis for anything meaningful. And without that foundation there is little there to build on. Oh..and I am a computer dork as well. It is my profession and I would probably rather read about new software than a novel... (but I did read 50 shades..... I did.) I think a relationship should be something you treasure, something that makes you smile, somewhere you can cry and feel supported in the things you do. I want to be with someone that likes to have a catch, watch a movie on the couch, play the guitar or just take a walk..going out isn't really all that important to me...nor is money or things. Somehow I think when your are with the right person that life could be such an amazing thing...     Hi! It says to talk about yourself, well, I'm me. I'm not one to talk about myself but, however, I do enjoy the outdoors such as camping, going for long walks, going to sporting events.
