I believe all good relationships start with a foundation of friendship (but also with chemistry, of course), leading to a more romantic relationship.I have been sky diving, but need to go again; I am SCUBA certified, but it's been a while and I want to get back into it; I went to school in the SE and studied some out of the country, after hard work to get there; my parents are originally from NYC, with Irish, German, English, and Spanish roots;; I have worked with the military in the past; I enjoy traveling; and I have been around the US and other countries for work and vacations.I am looking for a STRONG person...someone who is secure with themselves.. and that comes in many forms;.. did you ever stop to think maybe your soul mate wasn't placed conveniently right down the street for you? If it's solely sex that you're looking for, well, we all have needs, but keep it moving past my playground. Nothing wrong with "needs", but there's more to me than just that. My idea of a perfect relationship is for you to have your own life and interests, I have mine, and we meet in the middle to balance things out. I don't want to be smothered nor do I want to smother you. Don't take that wrong...spending time (quality time) is a must. I have learned over the years you can't change a person, nor can I be changed, thus, my theory. It doesn't matter what we do or don't do. It doest matter where we go or if we just have a quick meet-n-greet in a parking lot somewhere. My advice on how to get to me? Just be real. Be yourself. "Yourself" will eventually come out anyway. Who knows, I'd probably like the real you over the one you try to portray anyway. :)
