About Me

I'm looking for someone that adds value to my life. I work very hard and would like to spend my free time with someone whom takes my breath away physically, emotionally and intellectually. High aspirations, I know, but I deserve it. Life is short. I believe I've wasted too much time waiting for the right time or after the project du jour is finished. . So, I'm a jeans and t shirt girl at heart, however I clean up nicely. I like a variety of music, everything from Linkin Park, Creed and Santana to Timbaland and the Black Eyed Peas. I currently love Maroon 5. I love the outdoors, mental stimulation - although I can veg like the best potato, and I'll try almost anything once. I don't believe in having a relationship over texts, you lose the context of the conversation and the verbal and visual cues that identify the person you are communicating with is a nut. (I've heard there are many on this site - you know who you are!!) I'm looking for someone close in age to me as we'll as proximity. Anywhere we can chat and see if there is a spark

I will make this brief. I love the outdoors! I love to hunt and fish and hike with my dogs. I like camping out and a good fire. I also like to cross country ski and kayak. I like to pack a lunch and go the gun range (dinner if I have enough ammo!) I can put on a dress and heels and hit the town for dinner or a ballett. I have a very serious job so I like to be laughing and having fun outside of work. I don't drink or smoke. I think there are better things to do. Just my opinion. I am true to myself and will not settle, life is too short. If you do not have a sense of humor you may want to keep looking, because you will have a hard time keeping up with me! It's genetic and runs deep in my family:-) I am looking for a man (that being the key word) that can keep up with me, make me laugh and smile and treat me right because I may shoot better than most men, but I am still a lady. I will extend you all the same courtesies. If this sounds good, send me an ***, if not good luck on your search. I am very cautious so I would like to meet for coffee, we can go from there.

My personality in one word, which they would not let me choose: Select. My second language: Sarcasm. If a picture says a thousand words, I've given you a novel. As a Charter member of the Nomapatalli Clan of the Fugawi tribe, I tend to misplace myself often. The Fugawi are chiefly nomadic and directionally impaired, the Nomapatalli Clan is more often hindered by technology and maps than helped. The benefits of being a Fugawi far outweigh the drawbacks, because sometimes the road less traveled has some amazing sights that would have otherwise been missed. When you're a Fugawi, you're never "lost".I'm not a high-maintenance drama queen with coordinating 6 piece designer luggage, nor will I ever be. My wardrobe preferences tend to be more on the casual side, though I have the ability to dress up for most occasions. I'm versatile, and can go from happily wallowing in the mud in the morning to dressing up for a night on the town. I've been in the same career for over 20 years and I thoroughly enjoy what I do, but it does not define me. After spending half my life in a cubical, I broke away on my own and haven't looked back since. I enjoy a great deal of freedom in my career choice and take advantage of it often. My life is uncomplicated, I'm not working to support a lifestyle I can't afford. I've worked hard for my successes and don't take them for granted. I take care of myself, my things and my people. The most important things in my life are Family, Friends, health and living honestly. Hobby-wise, my interests are varied. I'm up for almost any kind of adventure and will do anything once, some things twice. I'm fully accessorized for most outdoor pursuits, from fishing to firearms. I love the outdoors, fishing is a favorite activity I don't do nearly enough (bait or fly). I've got a great pair of snowshoes and love making my own tracks out in the pristine snow. I'm not afraid to tackle a home improvement project and have the philosophy of "it's better than it was before" when it comes to "fixing" things. I'm not intimidated by most tasks, though am limited sometimes by my size and lack of brawn.I'm searching for a partner in crime with a great sense of humor and a secure sense of who he is, where he's going and who he wants to be with. Someone who can channel his inner Boyscout, is conscientious, responsible, communicative, demonstrative, employed and available. . If your friends wives think you are a "good catch", then you and I should probably meet.In response to the repeated question of what I'm doing online dating: I live in a very small town & work from home for the most part, I don't get out much and am at a loss for where to meet single, available, good men.As a final post script, if you have cats, please pass me by. I'm highly allergic to felines. Sorry. Lets go play with balls.... bowling, pool, ping pong, driving range... Or we could go on a coffee date and we can see how many Venti Starbucks it takes for me to be stuck to the ceiling on a caffeine high? I would prefer to meet over some sort of activity rather than suffer through the awkward interview process whilst feeding the caffeine monster. I grade on a curve, so originality counts with me.
