I'm really looking for a soul mate, someone who can be my partner in the things that I love. This doesn't mean I'm not open to the things you love, but I want to be able to connect with someone. I have a 20 year old daughter who is my best friend, she's awesome. I love to spend time with friends and family and my idea of a perfect night is getting together, having good food and drink (wine :P), laughing and enjoying each other's company. I really like cooking and it brings joy to my heart to make people happy and be able to say nothing but "Mmmmm!" when I cook for them. I am also a total geek. I love Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Doctor Who, online role playing games, dragons and fairies and going to Renaissance Festivals or Sci-Fi/Anime conventions, etc. But I'm pretty easy to please. Just be HONEST and genuine, and please be serious about wanting to find someone, because I am. Having a good sense of humor doesn't hurt either ;).I'm looking for a guy that will make me feel like I'm important to them. I want someone to make me laugh and take initiative! Having similar interests is very important, so when I start going on about RPGs, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, etc they don't get glassy eyes and check out like a lot of my friends, haha! I love geek culture so getting to know each other on that level and having little inside jokes about stuff is fun! As I said up above, be honest, genuine, be yourself! Coffee places are the best. You can usually find a secluded place to get comfortable, sip on a yummy drink and talk. I like to drink wine, but bars are not a good place to meet up, too noisy. If the weather is nice, the lake is nice too.
