About Me

I am a single parent with 2 kids who keep me busy with school and sports. I camp, fish, hike, bike, etc... I have a full time job and own my own things. I am not looking for your money or a father for my kids. I am however, lonely. I have been single for around 6 years and have been concentrating on raising my kids. I figure its time for me now. You will not find any drama here, just honesty and fun. I have a very kind heart and am a very giving person. I would like to find a man who believes in dating and getting to know a person. So much is done online anymore that no one even dates or makes acutal phone calls. It all seems to be online and texting these days. Sad really. I found dating to be fun and exciting. Dont get me wrong, seems like online is the only chance of meeting someone these days. I have met plenty of people online and made some great friends, but no one I connect with on a relationship level. My kids are 10 and 8. You gotta love kids to connect with me!! :) I think a first date should be old fashioned with dinner. Get to know the person. Even if you do not connect, at least you had a great dinner date with adult conversation. This is nice for people that have kids like me, lol. I am a hopeless romantic and remember the days that men used to open car doors, bring flowers, and go somewhere nice for dinner. When men actually put forth effort into it. Or anything out of the norm....different. Picnic, get take out and drive out to watch the planes at earthquake park, lol. Make it fun and exciting.
