About Me

Looking for friendship with potential for a long-term relationship. I'm ready to love and be loved. I'm pretty low maintenance but I like someone that will take the time to let me know they're thinking of me...whether it's a text, note or phone call. I’ve got a pretty silly sense of humor, sometimes crass but am ladylike when needed. I like to write poetry, song parodies and create sassy greeting cards. One of my favorite TV shows is Arrested Development…that’ll give you a glimpse of my quirky personality.My friends say I'm crazy....this is the good kind of crazy...fun...make you pee your pants laughing crazy...not crazy crazy. That being said, I'm serious when I need to be.I’m sassy, serious, sweet, romantic, bossy, sentimental, passionate and sometimes crabby. When I’m serious…I’m super-serious : ) I love to spend time with my family and friends. I’ve got 2 children and lots of pets! Country and 80’s music are my favorites but I enjoy all types (except for rap). I love scary movies and haunted houses. Autumn is my favorite season...love the sweatshirt snuggling weather. Corn mazes are pretty fun :)Summer is my least favorite season...but I do like hanging by the campfire when it's chilly out. I've been separated since Dec '11 with hopes of my divorce being final by Jan '14. Last December I lost my PT, in-home office job and reignited my FT employment search once my son was in school FT. My background is in business but I also teach art classes and am employable in the spa industry. I'll need someone who's understanding of my frugality as I pursue a career that I both love and that will allow me to support my family. *******NOW FOR THE PART THAT WILL POSSIBLY TICK SOME OF YOU OFF...I'm allergic to cigarette smoke so a nonsmoker is preferred.     I am a Mom, employee, daughter, and friend.....I have lots of people that count on me to be there. The rest just kinda happens and falls into place. My life seems to be changing right before me.....I'm enjoying every minute of it and finding many new things I like to par-take in......I enjoy many different activities. Everything can be fun depending upon the company.....I listen to all types of music, it also depends upon my hat for the day....from oldies to heavy metal...prefer metal.....With my boys grown and their life planned out........That means that, I have alot more free time to spoil the man that chooses to be in my life.....life is too short to be unhappy very long, or to deal with lies, so please don't waste my time if you tell them....... I try to keep the drama to the lowest level that I can. Recent events make me add this statement!!!! IF you cant have a first conversation without asking me about what im looking for or sexual expectations dont bother wasting my time.....I ask that you say what you mean, and mean what you say. you must be a gentleman. you must have some dreams that you are willing to go after and not afraid to achieve them with a good woman at your side.....I will do my best to spoil you, and be there good or bad....I wont run from a few detours....its the little things that mean the most to me.....I love lightning and thunderstorms and sitting in the swing under the gazebo watching the rain and a fire in the firepit....I'm a flip flop kinda girl. I also like my cowboy boots. I clean up decent for a night out on the town or can be very comfortable playing pool, mini golf, at the movie, the park, hell, I'm game for nearly anything. Although I prefer the outside in good weather. I am a deck, swimming pool, bbq, friend, and family type a girl....as long as I can find some time for painting my nails!!!! LOLCamping and canoeing and 4X4ing are some favorites too.I tend to keep busy and always find someting to do as I might miss something cool to do....Sleep is way overrated!!!!Thanks for reading and have a great day!!!!!
