I’ The youngest of four, my mother always said that I would be the only one to leave, and she was right. Thirteen years later I've never looked back except of course for holidays to visit my large extended family and to snowboard, because really…PA and WVA mountains really aren't mountains. To liven things up a bit in the last couple of years I have gone skydiving gone zip- You may have seen my Carnival cruise ship on the news recently (grrr): The Legend...we "missed" two ports but made it to Honduras and Cozumel in March.I try and schedule a few ***k’s throughout the year with a mudder thrown in here and there.’t plan to do again = Brutal! I play on a social co-ed softball team in the spring and summer months once a week and recently joined Ballston CrossFit and I absolutely love it! I made it to about 20 Nats games last year and enjoyed 2 playoff games before the worst defeat ever...grrr! I am ready to see a lot of Curly W's this year! Go Nats! Don’t judge, but I love to dance around to Miley and the Biebs from time to time, but to set things right in the world again I’ll switch it up to some Metallica/AC/DC/80’s faves Poison and Def Leppard!I have an amazing group of friends and enjoy spending time with them and tearing it up with my girls here and there dancing the night away to some local cover band in ARL. I also enjoy a simple chill day watching sitcom/movie marathons snuggled up on the couch under a mountain of blankets. I love going to the movies and it helps that a cine is right across the street from where I live. I enjoy thrillers, dramas, romantic comedies (c’mon I am a chick after all), and dry humor faves, ie: Old School, The Hangover, Ted, etc.I am a part-time Graduate Student as well and slowly but surely one day I plan to earn my MBA. I seem to be quite busy but I afford myself some downtime as well. I would enjoy meeting someone with similar interests and goals. Someone who is kind, honest, considerate and although I can certainly open my own door would like someone that doesn't think chivalry is dead. :)

I'm a 42 year old single Mom of a 19 year old that still lives at home with me. Hopefully that will change sometime in the near future. I love my son, he is a slob though and I am a bit of a neat freak. I am also grounded, stable, level headed, strong, independent, compassionate and was recently told "You have the most stubborn heart of gold I have ever seen." I have lots of friends I have been friends with for 10 to 25 years. I tend to be a little on the quite side until I get to know you, but after that..... I enjoy camping, fishing, boating, shooting guns, working out, but I also like to get my nails done, put a dress and heels on to go have a nice evening out. I consider myself to be very versatile. A night in cuddling on the couch with a movie is always a nice treat also. My Goldendoodle is the love of my life right now and I spend a lot of time running or walking with him. He gets so excited when I get his leash out. :-) I have a stable career with a company I have enjoyed being with for 7 years now. I would love to find a nice, outgoing, honest and stable partner. Partner being the key word. Someone who is full of positive energy and is NOT crazy. Haha! Someone that loves to go do things and is also handy around around the house. I want someone I feel safe and secure with. I don't think a first date should be anything too elaborate. Something simple, out somewhere quiet where you can enjoy good conversation and determine if there should be a second date.

Hello... I have a pretty great life with fantastic friends, family and great job. What I am missing is someone to share this with.
