Been off this site for awhile and frankly, not looking forward to being back. The only reason I am is one of my closest friends actually found a solid, healthy relationship on here, suprisingly. It is also important to me that the person I meet values relationships more then things. I am not a materialistic person at all and expect the same in a partner. My belief is that its nice to have nice things but the relationships we build in life are far more important. I enjoy going out to eat, visiting different cities, travel and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy cooking, BBQ's and spending quiet nights at home (with the right person). I enjoy target shooting too...its something I only recently discovered and I'm not really good but love doing it! I LOVE MUSIC...I like listening to live bands but not into the club scene at all. My friends would probably best describe me as caring, HONEST, witty, loyal and passionate about the things I believe in. Also, I am pretty much a drama free type of person. I am a single mom with 2 kids that are still at home and they are the glue that keeps things together. My son is 16 and daughter is 15. Both are very active in sports and my daughter is a cheer leader. Without them, life would be very dull and boring!! I cherish the time I have to spend with them and love every minute of it. With sports and the life of teenagers, there isn't much spare time. But, when I do have a little spare time, I enjoy working outside in the garden,spending time in my kitchen baking (which is my favorite pasttime) or spending time with friends. I realized after I moved away just how much I enjoyed my time there. I miss the smell of wet leather after a good ride across the pasture. And I love a good thunderstorm!!
