I am a down-to-earth woman who is hardworking and fun loving. I am mature & self assured. I laugh at myself regularly and enjoy learning new things. About the only games I really like involve chasing a little white ball around a golf course and a few board games like Monopoly and Scrabble.For fun, I like hiking, photography, wine tastings, travel and live entertainment such comedy clubs and blues/jazz clubs. I love 80s music - most kinds actually - the Boss is really still boss in my head. I also enjoy simply walking the dog, watching a movie or reading. I like to stay busy and the sense of accomplishment of a job well done is so satisfying to me. I am comfortable in elegant situations as well as roll up your sleeves and getting dirty working outside. I am not opposite to evenings out at bars. A really great night out on the town to me is seeing a show and maybe a glass of wine people watching prior to or after the show.The above text was added off the cuff. I reflected a little about what else I would want to reveal about myself and came up with a little more. So, other things to know about me… I like to treasure hunt…lots of places… beaches,estate sales and sometimes garages sales. Although this hobby sounds a little like a pack rat, I am darn selective of what actually comes home with me. Half the fun is the hunt. I am not really into stuff, just for stuffs’ sake. I enjoy having nice things around me. When items are too crowded and crammed into your space, I believe that creates more chaos then they are worth having around. Objects that really mean something or hold particular sentiments are what I like to have around me. What I enjoy more are memories of places and events. These are the true treasures of life. (Oh, my, that sounds almost wise. Cool!)I know that no one else can make you happy. Happiness comes from within. Granted, there is always room for improvement, so don’t take that previous statement as out-of-control ego… more like healthy respect for self. I believe I am - a positive force in the world; an intelligent individual with lots of good energy.     So heres where i talk about my hobbies, goals/aspirations, etc. lol. I think it is much easier just getting to know that person and learn as you go. Now for everyone who believes inner beauty out weighs outer beauty, I do not completely disagree, but reality is that we are all attracted to the outer beauty of a stranger. Inner beauty comes after you get to know that person. we can not be attracted to someones inner beauty when we dont even know them, and since none of us know each other I'll bet the physical attraction is what leads you to sending that message. If I am attracted to you I would definitely want to get to know you. Physical attraction is what brings out sexual desire. Sex isn't everything in a relationship but it is very important. Im guessing a lot of women say that sex isnt important but i disagree, the passion two people make is juust as important as friendship is. Both of these things are important to keeping a relationship strong, it is the spice of life. Whats the fun in reading someones profile. I dont think a profile determines a connection. I'm tempted to say First dates always demand a crowd but I think it also depends on how comfortable you are with that person. Most of the time after just talking to someone a few times I get a feel for that comfort level, so first dates would definitely have to be something you are both comfortable with.
