I am a happy and laid back mommy of two...that's right, I am a small town farm girl at heart! Moved out here when I was 20 to escape the cold weather and never looked back. I am 38, but still feel like I am in my 20's. I have tons of energy and like to stay busy and active all the time. I am very independent and take pride in the fact that I can take care of myself and my kids. Even though I am independent, I am ready to find someone to share my time with and be able to lean on and laugh with. I am very loyal and have never been one to play games or be unfaithful in a relationship. I LOVE to smile and laugh, matter of fact; you will rarely see me without a smile on my face regardless of what is going on in my life. My kids are such a big part of my life. I only have them half of the time, but when I have them, they are my main focus and I spend as much quality time with them as I can. When I don't have them, however, I am very social and usually have plans with friends when I am not working. I like to go out for drinks or coffee, watch movies or just hang out on the patio chatting when the weather is nice. I also love spending time outside. Enough about me, hmmm, what am I looking for??? I really just want a nice guy who appreciates me for who I am and appreciates the things that I do for him. Someone that smiles when he sees me just as much as I am smiling to see him. Someone that is responsible and can take care of themselves. Oh, and I am not a big fan of cooking, so someone that can cook would be ideal ;) I think meeting for coffee or a drink for the first date is perfect. Dinner is too much pressure if there is no connection. If there is a connection then there is always an option for a longer date after coffee or a drink :)

Lots of places to explore for good: food, drinks, art, books, movies, shopping -not to mention, the light rail that can take you to just about anything you might think of doing, in a desert environment, (can't give you the beach, lol)! I love the Downtown Public Market, (Buy/Eat local), and the little cafe with perfect coffee! Doing the, 'low carb and loving it', lifestyle. Do a lot of grilling and exploring with different meats and veggies, though you can never go wrong with burgers and salads. Do you do Paleo or something similar? I'd love to explore that with someone.I love tv! What that means is this: if you are one of those people who only reads books and doesn't even, 'own a tv', this will not work -guaranteed. I love Shark Week and True Blood, Homeland and Boardwalk Empire, Criminal Minds and Criminal Intent, Game of Thrones and The Fallen, nearly anything on Investigation Discovery...I love SciFi and fantasy, and yes, these films must be seen on the big screen if possible, and yes, hopefully in Real 3-D! Superheroes and Comic Book based films, and anything else that has great special effects, are theatre must sees!!I love wine! And by, 'loving wine', I do not mean I want to meet and would be ok with an alcoholic. Seriously. I mean a beautiful wine over a nice dinner or a really special one for a more romantic evening. I like ice cream too, but there's a time and place for everything and breakfast, guys, is not the time for drinking, and no, I will not accept any drunken 'booty calls' at 2am! And no, I will not send you panty clad bathroom photos, so do yourself a favor -stay classy and please don't even ask!It's football season! Let's get out there and partake in the experience of it, while it lasts :0)With that being said, I'm just really looking for someone who really loves and lives their life and wants to share their joyous times with another. If something more develops, I am more than happy to make you my special person as well :0)Update: In order to date me, you must know who you are and what you're looking for, or at least have a pretty fair idea. I have a big life, with a busy career -I'm not interested in babysitting your weak ego. Also, I'm really not into bald guys -sorry!

Hello.Why is this little about me box so difficult to fill in? I'm mom to some pretty awesome kids. I spend most of my time working or with them awesome kids. I have a variety of interest from music, hiking, movies, parades and family oriented things. Like everyone else I love laughter and have a bit of a warped sense of humor sometimes.
