First, I have been accused here of coming across with a lot of animosity however I have no animosity whatsoever. I am a lover and although these things are important to get across, it doesn't mean that I am "bitter" or "angry" at anyone.....This I am not. :-) * Show me the guy who is sincere, who is ready to meet a dynamic lady, who doesn't think the grass is greener, who doesn't go back on this stupid site 5 seconds after he meets a dynamic person and checks out who is *** now, show me the guy who wants to try and make something work, show me the guy who understands that you don't always get chemistry on a "coffee" meetup or a "Lunch" meetup and that chemistry can take time to build.....Show me the guy who is on this site actually looking for something substantial and meaningful and not just a one night stand and finally show me the show who doesn't smack my ass on a first date or text me pictures of his penis like that is going to win my heart! I absolutely LOVE my daughter with everything I've got. She looks just like orphan Annie with red curly hair and a personality to die for. My little social butterfly. She has changed my life and I can't imagine a moment without her. I know what love is.....I didn't expect such a wonderful gift but here she came!. I truly believe she is going to change the world. There is not a moment that goes by that she doesn't change lives! We can be at the gas station, the car wash or wherever and there is always someone who's life my daughter touches.* I have had my daughter full time since the moment well, you know.......I don't share her and have full parenting rights. Its been tough being a single mother but like I mentioned before, I am strong and I keep putting one foot in front of the other. The good news is that I don't have drop off's at McDonalds, or have any ex boyfriends or ex-husbands either. There is very little or no drama on this end. * Things I want to do before I die: Climb Mt. I am getting re-licensed to be a foster parent. I am not saying this is WHAT I am going to do....I am saying I am doing what I love and they say if you do what you love then maybe you will meet someone........I just feel I have so much love to give. It's like catch and release I guess. I use to be involved in fostering. Love them and let them go back to their families or get adopted. It is a great feeling when this happens. * I would like to meet someone who is honest. Someone who knows how to be professional at times then also goofy when the moment is right. Someone who can sit and watch a movie on the couch on a Friday night yet also likes to go out. I am looking for someone who when we are 80 years old can sit and reflect back on our lives and our children and remember those days. I am looking for a man who likes to camp, hike and be outdoors in the summer's then on the slopes in the winter. I am looking for someone who can teach my daughter things about life and to be her hero. I am looking for a friend and a lover, a good person and one who knows that life is tough, nothing comes easy, and everything takes work. I am looking for a man who is highly respected at his work, in the community and with his family. I want to feel life and ever minute of it with someone who I can call my best friend. * I thought since I have listed sooo many things here, it would be equally important for me to list a few things on how I will treat you if we were in a relationship. Call me old fashioned but this has worked for my parents and they have been married for over 40 years....So, in my presence you will always be treated with the up most respect. I will understand that you have a role as the "male" partner in the relationship thus you will be treated as such. I will never argue or cause a scene when in public. I will never stir up or cause unwanted drama and I will ask that you drive everywhere we go and this includes my car if you want. Most importantly, when I am in one of my feisty moments, one look from you and we will find that corner, that alley, whatever we can find to make that connection. :-)* Love is a temporary madness.     Lots of places to explore for good: food, drinks, art, books, movies, shopping -not to mention, the light rail that can take you to just about anything you might think of doing, in a desert environment, (can't give you the beach, lol)! I love the Downtown Public Market, (Buy/Eat local), and the little cafe with perfect coffee! Doing the, 'low carb and loving it', lifestyle. Do a lot of grilling and exploring with different meats and veggies, though you can never go wrong with burgers and salads. Do you do Paleo or something similar? I'd love to explore that with someone.I love tv! What that means is this: if you are one of those people who only reads books and doesn't even, 'own a tv', this will not work -guaranteed. I love Shark Week and True Blood, Homeland and Boardwalk Empire, Criminal Minds and Criminal Intent, Game of Thrones and The Fallen, nearly anything on Investigation Discovery...I love SciFi and fantasy, and yes, these films must be seen on the big screen if possible, and yes, hopefully in Real 3-D! Superheroes and Comic Book based films, and anything else that has great special effects, are theatre must sees!!I love wine! And by, 'loving wine', I do not mean I want to meet and would be ok with an alcoholic. Seriously. I mean a beautiful wine over a nice dinner or a really special one for a more romantic evening. I like ice cream too, but there's a time and place for everything and breakfast, guys, is not the time for drinking, and no, I will not accept any drunken 'booty calls' at 2am! And no, I will not send you panty clad bathroom photos, so do yourself a favor -stay classy and please don't even ask!It's football season! My favorite book of all time is "Confederacy of Dunces" my other favorite book is "Phantom Tollbooth" and I give a copy to every kid I know. The last thing I read was "Black Postcards a Rock & Roll Romance." Before that I think was "Bossy Pants". I'd say I like Haruki Murakami but really it was just the "Wind-Up Bird Chronicles". I've started and never finished (and not for any good reason because it's a good book as far as I read) "Tin Drum" I'd like to finish that and should.Movies - man I will go to the movies any time. I love movies. Not fan of gruesome horror but funny/campy horror yes.Shows- like tv? I watch all sorts of tv. maybe too much. No reality tv EXCEPT "So You Think You Can Dance". I like mostly cable shows, I guess like Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, Nurse Jackie, True Blood, Girls, et al.Music- I'm squarely in the indi rawk/pop stuff. Up next maybe King Khan, Primal Scream, RFTC and Father John Misty. I don't go to as many shows as I used to but am usually willing, just not paying attention. It was once said and well, I think it's pretty accurate, that I listen to indie rawk made by skinny white guys made between ***. Among my records there is a large Cure, Stone Roses and Pavement collection. But I love music in general. And everything sounds better on vinyl (everything I listen to).Food -I have a VERY simple palate. (While this is funny it's a true and fair assessment) Fancy food isn't my thing. I like Americana, Italian, BBQ, Thai, Mexican. No fish. I repeat NO fish or any other sea creature. I figure even couples need outside interests so let sushi and fish be something you do apart from me :) Jesus, you read all that and STILL wanna meet me? Huh.. Ok :) For first meetings I would like to be out walking around and talking. They usually seem to be meeting in a bar, coffee and dinner and that's ok too. I just find I make a better connection if we aren't just sitting still across from one another.
