I love movies and music. My favorite movie genre is Mystery/Action. For music, my favorite is Rock but I basically like everything well enough except for Opera and Rap. I've only gone about a half dozen times so far and it is probably still beginners luck but I'm a pretty good shot! :) It's a great way to blow off steam. I love how my whole body feels so relaxed afterwards :)Though I don't have a perfect body (yet lol), I do work out regularly. There were a few months there that I wasn't going because my work load got crazy and my personal trainer joined the military and moved away. It's funny how long it takes to progress upwardly but how QUICKLY one can backslide!! I'm totally kicking my own butt doing the basics! LOL But I am enjoying being back in the gym and plan to start doing some 5Ks again.
