Where's the fun in just telling you everything about myself without knowing anything about you? Besides, I think one can tell a lot about a person from what they're looking for, so I'm just going to tell you that:) Health and fitness have always been huge in my life, so being able to share those with someone is very important to me. Although I'd like for the guy in my life to have the same love for lifting that I do, I think the important thing is to simply value an active lifestyle. I also value intelligence, a positive outlook on life, a good sense of humor, openness, commitment, and a desire for adventure. I believe every first date should be original, fresh, and exciting. Since this mindset precludes any generic "first date prescription", I hesitate to concoct a detailed plan of what "should" happen. I prefer to take a raw idea or whim and see where it leads. We could snowboard from first thing in the morning until ski patrol shoos us off the mountain at 9:15 pm. On a night when the entire town is snowed in, we could go sledding on giant plow- You could teach me, a former Nintendo junkie, how to play these "modern" video games the kids are all into nowadays:) We could follow up an evening of shooting and racing with a Will Ferrell movie and pizza. We could go on a hike without a map, climbing trees &I wouldn't be averse to the idea of a "traditional" first date either, I suppose :P As long as the person I'm with has a positive attitude and a love of good conversation, anything can be a fun adventure.

I think of myself as a balance of nerd girl and girly girl. I'm pretty big into gaming from online PC gaming to console games. I enjoy reading; right now I'm working on finishing the Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones books. I play a few table top games right now I'm playing pathfinder with some friends. As far as non nerdy hobbies I grew up learning how to horse back ride but I sadly stopped actively doing it. I can watch most TV shows or movies; Some of my favorites are How I Met Your Mother, Once Upon A Time, and Big Bang Theory. I also would not be able to call myself a nerd without watching Game of Thrones, promise I won't spoil anything if you are only watching the show. For music I tend to listen to indie but I can handle anything from country to metal as long as it's not rap. I also love to cook and when I get free time I want to take cooking classes and would love a guy that would tag along for fun.I live in an apartment with my room mate. I'm a nursing student right now and fingers crossed I should be done soon.I like to live as drama free as I can and I do a pretty good job of it. I also put my heart and soul into my friendships when I get close enough to a person. I'm good at listening as well as keeping up a conversation. I'm not really a shy person, I tend to warm up to people rather quickly. I'm pretty out going and I've been dubbed a 'bro-chick' from most of my male friends. What I want from a guy is someone who is also a balance of nerd and normal. Someone that enjoys gaming but is able to still have a social life and goals. I want someone who I can talk to easily and can make me laugh.
