I think of myself as a balance of nerd girl and girly girl. I'm pretty big into gaming from online PC gaming to console games. For music I tend to listen to indie but I can handle anything from country to metal as long as it's not rap. I also love to cook and when I get free time I want to take cooking classes and would love a guy that would tag along for fun.I live in an apartment with my room mate. I'm a nursing student right now and fingers crossed I should be done soon.I like to live as drama free as I can and I do a pretty good job of it. I also put my heart and soul into my friendships when I get close enough to a person. I'm good at listening as well as keeping up a conversation. I'm not really a shy person, I tend to warm up to people rather quickly. I'm pretty out going and I've been dubbed a 'bro-chick' from most of my male friends. What I want from a guy is someone who is also a balance of nerd and normal. Someone that enjoys gaming but is able to still have a social life and goals. I want someone who I can talk to easily and can make me laugh.

I don't think you need a fancy camera to call yourself a photographer, if you can see the beauty in the moment you are capturing then it doesn't matter what you are taking the picture with...even a camera phone. I have two tattoos (dreaming of more) and a lip piercing. I love tattoos and the stories they tell. As for piercings, I like to keep it simple, what I have is all I'm gonna get.I love music and going to live shows, mostly at small venues now. Most recently I saw The Gaslight Anthem at Lupos in RI (awesome show!). I love all kinds of music, country, rock, pop, alternative, etc. A good song is a good song no matter what genre it is from. I'm always looking up lyrics. I sing along to music all the time. I'm that girl driving down the road singing in the car.I work in the journalism field. Yes, I'm aware that's crazy since everything is online now, but I enjoy what I do. I've been a newspaper reporter since college but last year I moved over to the production end of things as a copy editor/page designer. I like writing but I have bigger goals for myself professionally and needed to explore more opportunities.
