A little bit about me.... I am working as a research assistant at Dalhousie while I finish up my MSc in Earth Science. I also work for Husky Energy as a geologist-in-training, great for work experience and travel opportunities.In my spare time I love going on road trips, hiking, and camping. Just hitting the road with someone special and my camera would be one of my favourite ways to spend a weekend. I don't think weather should be a limiting factor - I'm happy to go outside on an adventure any time.I'm an active person and go to the gym ***times a week. I love how I feel after a great workout... And a shower! Haha I admit I have a curvy shape and love it, so if your looking for some skinny girl I wish you luck and I'm not it. I think being healthy and fit are more important. I also love to cook, and enjoy making healthier versions of some of my favourite treats.I do have several tattoos, just like to let people know up front. Promise they can be covered though!Thats enough about me :) A bit about you (what I'm looking for)...I am looking for someone honest - apparently this is a hard to find quality. I am an honest person, and want to be with someone who is the same. I have been hurt badly by dishonesty in the pass, and don't want to go through it again. I wear my heart on my sleeve so someone who communicates well would be great. I would live to be with someone who is active as well, and enjoys spending time outdoors.     Hey, thanks for stopping by!-shirt but still dresses up when needed, known to be easy-going, independent and also social, sometimes shy but normally out-going, a hard worker who still knows how to have fun and also a big fan of witty sarcasm - basically well rounded (or so I like to think lol). I have built my own life here, I have my own place and a good job, but now looking to add in that one little extra piece - having someone to share it all with! I'm fairly independent and I take pride in supporting myself, a do-it-myself girl whenever I can be, but it wouldn't hurt to have someone around to help out from time to time :)I like to keep active ***times a week by going running, biking, going to a random assortment of classes at the gym or even just going for a walk with some good company (that means you!). Overall I'm looking for someone who likes the simple things like I do, knows the importance of family, doesn't take life too seriously, but serious enough - to know when to be responsible and when to let loose, and maybe force me to be a little bit more spontaneous. Basically someone with a good head on his shoulders who can make me laugh (the laughing thing is probably the most important quality to me).
