About Me

I am a single mother of two with a passion for music and dancing. I was not blessed with much of a talent for either one, but that has never stopped me from trying. I love musicals and live theater. Baseball and softball are my favorite sports. I don't really enjoy watching televised sports, but I will. I'd much rather be in the stands cheering with the fans with a beer in my hand!My favorite way to pass the time is watching movies (any type) or listening to live music. My favorite type of movie is a romantic comedy, but I like a good scare from a horror movie as well. (It's a great excuse to cuddle up close!) I will listen to just about any type of music, but I guess I lean toward pop, R&B and 80s hair bands. I think there is no better feeling than singing my heart out to my favorite songs. (Anyone within earshot of me might disagree.) I work as a medical billing specialist right now, but my dream is to go back to school for nursing. I'm hoping to make that dream a reality very soon. I am an intelligent woman and like intellectual conversations, but I love a man who can make me laugh as well. I'm easily amused and am not afraid to admit that I enjoy a little bit of crude humor every now and then.)My faith is very important to me, and I would really like to be able to share that with someone. I am extremely close to my family (I am the youngest of 6). Lastly, I refuse to believe that chivalry is dead. I believe a man should hold the door open for me and treat me with respect. Good manners can earn you extra points with me. I am not ready to give up on love. I believe that any good relationship is built on friendship and trust.     Talking about myself is a lot harder to than it seems but here it goes!I have a really small family so I consider my friends to be my family as well and I would so anything for them.
