My cousin once said to me "I don't know *how* you're still single!" Well, I'm not quite sure either, but part of it is because I'm happy enough on my own and won't "settle", and that I can sometimes come across as a little intimidating (rather than just confident). (Now, just because I'm happy enough on my own doesn't mean that I want to be on my own forever, it just means that I'm going to wait until I meet the right guy rather than rush into something that's "good enough". Make sense? Like someone once said, it's better to be single than to be in a bad relationship. If it's worth it, I'll work for it; if it's not, I won't... Having said that, I should warn you that I tend to not jump into things too quickly. I like to take some time to get to know somebody before making a decision one way or the other.
