Let's see............... I guess I should start with what I DON'T want!! Please no smokers. Also, I won't get on your motorcycle with you, so if you want a riding partner, then I'm not the one for you. And last thing (yay!) I like to have a few drinks, but don't want to be with someone that's a very heavy drinker. Ok..... enough about what I don't want! I was divorced about 8 years ago and my ex died suddenly soon after that, so I needed to be focused on raising my children. Now my kids are "grown" and starting to live their own lives, so I'm hoping to start a new chapter in mine! I try to go for a walk or do yoga most days. I enjoy going to see movies (anything except scary), reading, playing board games, and going for a drink on the water or to hear a band. I'm happy staying in and watching some TV, but it is also fun to go hang out with friends sometimes too. Maybe for a game of pool/darts, bowling, or just have some food, drinks and conversation! I like hockey(Bruins) and football (go Patriots! )...... to watch, not play! I really,really love to get a nice meal (I love to try new foods!), a glass or two of wine, and talk. So it's very important that you and I have a lot to say to each other. I want to find that "connection" that only comes from part chemistry, and part honest conversation. Most importantly..... I want someone that is self-confident and realizes that if I am busy with work or the kids, and can not go out during the week, that it is NOT a reflection of my feelings for you- I am simply busy; someone that is assertive, but not controlling, has his own friends and interests (PLEASE have a life outside of me! It makes for a happier relationship!); doesn't mind when I wear sweats and no makeup (don't worry- this isn't a daily occurrence); someone that doesn't take himself too seriously and likes to laugh! I feel like everyone says they love to be out in the sun. I actually don't hang out at the beach during the day. Not a fan of skin cancer. I love to go to the beach at dusk or after dinner, but no baking for me! Sorry........If you are interested in meeting for a drink or dinner, please send me a note.     My boys are almost grown...well if there is such a thing! 3 boys 24, 20 & 19...the two youngest both graduated this past year...thank you God...I am done with school! lol Some parents talk about how sad they are that their kids have all graduated...ha...not me! Lol I'm a very strong willed woman...if I hadn't been i would have never made it through 14 years of being a single parent and dealing with a dead beat...baby daddy! I speak my mind but I will do it with a smile...I've been told I'm pretty and that I'm sexy...I like that but I'm also smart! The blonde comes from a box darlin...it's not natural! I love all kinds of music, except the hard core stuff...love to dance and yes I will admit I sing in the shower and dance in front of the mirror!
