Hello, I am a reasonably fit person, I enjoy going to the gym 2 to 3 times a weeks. During the summer I try to take day hikes outside of Calgary but during the winter time not so much. I'm not a big fan of the cold. I love spending time with friends and now that my kids are young adults they are a riot when they come home to visit. I enjoy gardening, exploring new places, catching a concert, show and finding new restuarants to experience.I am not looking for someone who will become the focus of my life rather I would like to find someone that will compliment my life as I hopefully would be able to compliment their life. I am independant, confident and am able to discuss politics, current events, world changes and even religion on occasion. The GOOD life is NOT for the weak hearted, the shallow minded or the slow in Spirit. I like to laugh and have fun. I love adventure. And I'm excited about my future! I don't need another cheater.. I love to smile...And life is too short to not smile....Often...I find it attractive when a man lives for Jesus Christ. God has something big planned for my life, and he has someone in place to share that with me....I'm not lookin... I'm putting myself out there just in case he's here and he'll see me and just know...Now for me....I don't believe in wasting time. Minutes make up life and they fade too quickly. I'm not a shopper.I like to get what I want and be done with it.. Although I hate laziness, I think that we all need to defrag every once in a while.I like museums and a little history better than a flowery garden. However , I'd love to have an herb garden, and would love to have the time to raise a tomato or two...I think that every human needs a chance to better themselves... But, the outcome is up to them. I'll help if they help themselves. We all have a right to grab it or not..I don't think a lady should pump her own gas. Sometimes it's not an option. I realize that.....But I don't like it.I fill up every time. It's not worth stopping for a half a tank.. Although I'm not a rough it camper, who likes hiking or a bathhouse, I'd love a picnic in the park...I like grandeur. Although a few times in my life, I've had less.When it comes to the man in my life... I'm a giver. A BIG giver. And I love affection.Whatever I put my mind to do.. I can do it.I don't like stress. I feel that if you can do something about it.. Just do it! And if you can't do anything... Then don't let it bother you.I'm a very hard worker. And have excelled at everything I have ever started..I'm like the energizer bunny, keeps going and going... But now that I'm over 50... I'd like to slow down a little.I like motorcycles.. Harleys are not an easy ride... I like the Goldwing though. But I just sold my chaps! I love candlelight dinners. And soft music, and holding hands.. And touching fingertips.I love to get dressed up and smell nice. Euphoria is awesome!I think it's sexy when a man smells nice. I could almost nibble a neck at that point..I'm a wonderful cook. But I like it a tad spicy!I believe that mothers play a very important role in the life of a child. And a parent should always be there for them..I love Jesus Christ with all my heart. First and foremost even above my kids.I like to entertain guests. And I love a BBQ in the back yard on a Saturday afternoon. Sunday afternoons are for "pilin up" and you have to be from the south to understand that one! :) This much should make your head full for a minute. :)
